Keep an eye out for the elephant ears, yes that’s correct, they’re delicious vegetable leaf rolls stuffed with chickpeas, deep fried and garnished with mung beans; crispy coconut prawns and the Flavour of India tasting plate so you sample several delicious dishes. Following on, order up a few plates of naan (we love the garlic), and try out the spicy pumpkin curry with ginger, channa dal and tomatoes, or their famous butter chicken smothered in a creamy red masala sauce. There’s also goat, beef and lamb dishes and fresh Indian seafood curries using the fresh Sydney catch of the day.
