Fat Dumpling restaurant

The food was freadful. The pork belly was overcooked and dry, the poached cabbage parcels tasteless and the prawn ho fun also tasteless. Both overheated (probably microwaved) to extinction. These 3 dishes and 2 zero alcohol beers over $72. I can't remember when I had anything as bad. Please go elsewhere.

Everything about this restaurant was amazing. The food was 10/10. I will definitely be returning. The staff were super friendly and the overall vibe was perfect.

Delicious dumplings ! The stir fried great bean dish was especially good and I would highly they recommend it! The dessert lava dumplings were fabulous with great flavour and textures . Serve ce was super friendly and quick . 👏👏👏👏👏

Best dumplings in Brisbane! So fresh, incredible fillings and love being able to pick how they're cooked (poached is my fav!). The pork belly is literally life changing, the scallion pancakes an absolute delight, and ice cold tsingtaoi to wash it all down is a dream. We were lucky enough to be dining during the festival of the moon and got to enjoy a dragon dance right in the restaurant. Amazing! The staff are incredibly friendly and relaxed, the food comes out at an excellent pace, and the decor inside and out is just lovely.

The pork buns, shallot pancakes and fried rice was god. It’s just a little pricy though.

The food was tasteless. Unfortunately, it wasn’t what I was expecting based on the reviews from google. The pork belly was black coz of the amount of sauce and no flavour whatsoever. Dumplings were ok but not amazing. Very disappointed

They make dumplings at a reasonable price. I would recommend.

We go to Fat Fat Dumpling at least once a month. Food is fresh and delicious. Service is efficient and friendly. We will be back soon.

The food was fabulous - but the service let them down. It was busy, but not totally full. We had to actually flag them down to order. When we finally got our first dumplings (40 mins later), we then had to ask for the next 3 lots. (20 mins later again.). We also had to ensure they knew we were heading to a show at the Fortitude Music Hall.
