The place wasn't what I excepted. It was a standard take away bar with seats and tables. Food was good, service was OK. Prices OK.

Visited the eltoro on Friday, it was packed but service again step up and did the great job. As always, it was a good time and good food

Lovely little place. The pizzas were delicious - thin base with plenty of topping. And the lamb chops were gorgeous. Definite recommendation whilst in Maroubra.

The food is really good, signature pizzas in particutlar.service can be average when the staff are a bit stretched,but still recommend for a visit, or takeaway.lamb souvlaki pizza!

Good pizzas, great location always a go to. Have only had pizzas and I can only comment that's here's a good selection to choose from.

We enjoyed the night, loved the food full of taste & beautiful flavours. Entrees was very nice, stuffed grilled squids, garlic prawn & Wagyu skewers.. We all agreed the paella combo & seafood was perfect.. we'll be going back to try something else on the menu.

Always great to come to El Toros. Food is tasty, reliable and plenty. Atmosphere is loud and fun. Service is always good. Great for large groups or a romantic night out.

Best tapas bar I have ever been to. Great service comfortable casual atmosphere. service is as fast or relaxed as you need and option for BYO as well. Loved it

The food was lovely, and the staff friendly. We had a mix of tapas and pizzas and it was all delicious. The price-quality ratio is good too.

Great tasting tapas, we loved the potatas bravas, the chicken croquets & haloumi & veg. Fast and friendly service, generous portions. Definitely go back there again.

It had the potential to be a nice cosy, intimate place to eat, but the Food was not very good. I doubt we'll be back.

Exellent food,serving,atmosphere!We loved it!We use to go to other tapas restaurants,and we were disappointed,and stop trying,but,definitely we are coming back,to El Toros!Good to see a smiling waitresses!

Disappointing, staff were disorganised and not dressed appropriately we ordered margaritas 15 mins later were told sorry we can't make them we have no tequila would we like to order something else? Ok Nutty Peaches (never had that before) but no sorry we can't make that either we will go across the road and buy some tequila would you like the margarita? Served 1 hr after original order. food service bad, after everyone else at table eating one person still waiting 30 mins with nothing and when food did arrive half the food on the plate was cold. Truffle pizza nice, Seafood paella nice Tapas was ordinary, shorted on the mussels disappointing overall what a shame really

Great food, good serving size, friendly and attentive service. Would definitely recommend this place for both families and this wanting a more intimate dining experience.

I love El Toro Tapas and Pizza Bar. I come in every few weeks, the pizzas are huge!! You'll be needing a takeaway box because you can't finish it all. The chicken &a chorizo paella is delicious, a large portion too.. I love all the carbs. I also recommend the chicken croquettes and chicken quesadillas. The sangria is good too. The waiters are very attentive and helpful! Love coming here for dinner. Also if you leave a review on facebook, Instagram or trip advisor then you get a free Nutella pizza. That pizza is amazing!! I've attached a picture and it's as amazing as it looks.

The food was absolutely delicious, the staff were extremely friendly and efficient, recommended us foods to try as we had never been there before, all in all it was definitely worth the price for amazing food and scrumptious food!

First time trying Spanish Tappas and it was so tasty. Nice low lit lighting. Pretty good option for the area. Will be retuning if I'm around the area again.

The tapas are overpriced for what we got and the kitchen slow. This is really more of a pizza restaurant, rather than a Spanish restaurant.

Really delicious Spanish food. We ordered the serrano platter which was fantastic (a liberal splash of truffle oil throughout), the King Prawns in an amazing spicy sauce, the very tasty haloumi and mixed dessert platter. We'll definitely be back!

The food was great but the table we got was not great! I had put in special request when we made our reservation to have nice seats as it was our First year wedding anniversary. This was completely ignored as we were put at large table that could have held 6 + people therefore the meal lack the romantic feel we were hoping for so we were a little disappointed.

Great tapas. Fantastic pizzas. Service also great. The place never disappoints. Lovely atmosphere and good for groups or intimate dinners. Open late too. Close to beach if you're there for lunch - lovely walk afterwards.

Great selection of menu items - accommodating for many tastes. The food was tasty and prices were reasonable .Staff were friendly and provided good service.

Partner felt sick next day , kids enjoyed pizza, I like the Aranci, setting casual, not sure if we would go back. Only as its just down the road so convenient

Great food esp calamari tapas and pasta. Very red decor and casual atmosphere but food is worth going for. Staff quite friendly. Place is medium size but can fit big tables.

Lovely creative tapas although the garlic prawns were quite ordinary. Pizzas are superb. BYO is an added advantage at this restaurant. Lovely welcoming wait staff.
