Good food, plenty of parking, convenient shopping in same shopping center

Easy parking and comfortable seating - good for families. Felt the food was toned down and could be stronger/bolder with the flavours.

Food was served quickly and warmly by the staff. The ordering app needs some explanations.

I like high roof and space. I tried a cold salad with beef and it was too much bean sprouts & wanted more rice noodle instead. Otherwise tasted good .

Although it was difficult to get the waiter’s attention at time (due to few staff members), service was excellent when they came around - super accommodating! Food was good too

Waited over 10 minutes at the door unattended to find out table was available. Not enough kitchen staff to handle the volume of orders. Too slow to take order and deliver food. Unlikely to return despite food tasting good

Food remains great. We have returned several times. But service attitude definitely deteriorating. Absolutely militant attitude towards covid-19 check in, which is fine, except it is done at the wrong time (15 minutes after the group of 6 has sat down and ordered rather than at the moment of arrival- what is the point??), and insisting those who have checked in as dependents to check in individually - completely unnecessarily. I don't think we will be going back any time soon. Plenty of other good places around next door.

The beef noodle soup is yummy as ever. This isn’t my first time eating at Eatfuh so I’m already familiar with their menu, service and their usual lapses in the kitchen. Serving size of their noodle soup is amazingly huge and tasty. The lady who attended our order is fast and friendly and the vibe of the restaurant is simple yet stylish. The only real downside of the whole experience is the open- kitchen concept. I get the idea of showing how things are cooked and that it adds to that upscale Vietnamese restaurant vibe that they are going for, however the banging of pots and pans while being washed and the constant noise of utensils being dropped in their steel sink is greatly unpleasant.I eat out a lot and I’m used to the usual noise of restaurant chitchats but I’m not used to hearing metal pounding on steel surface while I’m enjoying Pho 😅 2 out of 5 for me.⭐️⭐️
