Busy and had to get past Takeaway line. Enjoyed the food but the service was slow.

Hit and miss on this restaurant , the food made up for it even though service can be a bit rough

Again one ordered dish wasn’t delivered. One lamb dish was beef Quality of food not as good as previous although grandson praised salt and pepper squid dish. Overall disappointing as we love going here

This used to be one of my favourite restaurants, where I would go every year on my birthday. However, it seems that the quality of food and overall dining experience has significantly decreased. However, I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt and visit again sometime.

Ordered 6 dishes. The best one was the tiger prawns vermicelli cooked in clay pot. The scallops were good too. Overall it was a good dinner.

The place is child friendly. Less waiting time when we arrived and when we order our food

When we ordered we were very specific that we wanted at least 10 mins in between our entree's and main meal. We ordered 2 entree's and only received 1. Then we received 1 main meal and the 2nd entrée. Five minutes later we get the second main meal. Three of the meals were cold and the 4th was warm. We only ate 1/4 of the BBQ pork as it was cold and tough meat. We were felt rushed during the whole meal. This was our first visit on high recommendations. We will not be going back.

Needs to improve customer service. Food was good, as expected.

Have been there before with very good experiences, this visit was not great. Forty minute wait from ordering to the first course but those who’s came in after us had ordered and had all their food served. The final course wasn’t served and we had to remind the staff twice.

The worst Chinese restaurant I have ever been. EXTREMELY RUDE waitress AND waiter. Overly priced food soo not worth it we paid $122 for 4 dishes a soup and a drink, like seriously? Never gonna recommend this and never going back

We were there to celebrate a 75th birthday. The overall service and attitude of the staff was very disappointing. The manner in which the food was served to the table was not very professional in fact the food was served cold. Will not recommending this restaurant to our friends.

Below satisfactory customer service. I am very easy to please at a basic hospitality level but if I am paying enough money to cover the staff wages for the night then at the very least the customer service me must be above standard . Then unfortunately tonight the food was bland like boiled watered down . I’m sorry but my family and I won’t be back .

Nice setting. Not too busy when we arrived. Felt quite rushed with the waiters though to order food. Food was ok, a little lacking in flavour. Didnt feel a great customer experience overall even when paying it felt like I was being rushed with no thanks. Food was ok but had much better elsewhere.

Food was amazing. We had chosen a buffet for 3 people and there was plenty of food of high quality. Ths staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff not friendly Toilets dirty and blocked Waited 30mins for them ti clear table Brought a birthday cake for my son which i gave them but gave up waiting. Did not receive everything i ordered Staff said they had ni sprite only lemonade but we seen it in the fridge when we came in.

Always come here and enjoy the food everytime!! For yum cha or dinner
