First time here, and the pizzas were really nice, authentic wood fired pizza

Gnocchi was bland, the middle of the pizzas were soo soggy not impressed. The Nutella doughnuts were not cooked enough. The cocktails were nice the food just not the best unfortunately

Booked a table, still waited 30 minutes for a table. Pizzas came out ten minutes apart. Chicken on pizza was chewy.

The pizza at Dough is of high Italian standard. Shame we missed out on the burrata due to shipping issues because of Covid but we will be back to try! Delicious food!

I really enjoyed the restaurants atmosphere and at first I thought portions were small with the pastas, but I was wrong they were lovely portions and amazing value for money!

We were a table of 6. After arriving, our order was only taken half an hour later. We waited another half an hour for the first pizza to arrive. 4 more meals arrived 15 minutes later. When asking where the last meal was, we were told we’d have to wait another 10 minutes. After complaining, the manager apologised and offered coffees and desserts on the house. The food was delicious but not sure we’ll go back in a hurry.

I’ve been here a couple of times now, and always have the best time! Amazing food and service, one of my favourite places to go.

My partner and I arrived at the restaurant just before another couple. After placing our orders at exactly the same time the couple next to us received their entire order, ate, paid and left before we saw any kind of food. We waited over an hour for our food, after seeing families and couples who arrived after us get their food first. On top of the long wait time the pizza was mediocre at best and overpriced. When we went to pay there was no apology whatsoever. Will not be returning to this restaurant again, we are incredibly disappointed.

Most delicious pizza we’ve had. We even ordered one to go just so we could have another at home.

We were a little disappointed with the serving sizes and lack of flavour in the meals. 3 of us had gnocchi and agreed there wasn’t much flavour at all and it needed lots of salt and pepper. Pizza was nice and ravioli was nice but again, it was a fairly small serving for the price paid.

We love this place! Amazing food, good prices, lovely cocktails and polite service. Thanks staff for a lovely evening!

The entire atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the staff on were amazing and attentive even though it looked like the restaurant was busy. Was definitely a good end to my birthday. Thank you dough whitfords, food was amazing and experience was awesome too.

Drinks were forgotten about the service wasn’t very good meals were staggered and entree came out the same time as mains. Plus half the meals were bland. You pay for the $25 main pasta and the $15 children’s serve that is the same size.

I changed my booking to 7.30pm and I wasn’t there, unorganised and placed me and my date on a shared table. Waited at least 15 mins for ordering, no water until our order was delivered. Ordered a frozen daiquiri and got a liquid one, my date had a drink in a chipped and cracked glass. I asked for the dessert menu and was given the specials menu. I would not return it was a disappointing valentines dinner. Pizza was very nice though, the chef did an awesome job. The rest was like it was being run by kindergarten staff.

Seemed like there were a lot of orders going wrong with not just us, but other tables too. One of us ordered a glenmorangie scotch whiskey and instead got served jack Daniels, luckily it was spotted by us. None of the staff seemed to be qualified to be serving alcohol

It was a nice place but with only 1 pizza chef, they were too busy with Uber eats orders that they seemed to put their restaurant customers second. We had to wait and hour for our pizzas whilst the other food came our first. The wait staff were only attentive after we had already for everything and seemed in bothered by the needs of the customers. The food was good but not worth the wait or the service. I unfortunately won’t be going back.

Sorry guys but not enough mushrooms and the Italian sausage undercooked. However staff very helpful and obliging and made good !

Cushions were so dirty in the back room I really didn’t want to sit on them. The menus were ripped and dirty I felt I needed to clean my hands after. Service was very slow with requested pepper not turning up at all. Food was slow but still great. Just need to clean the place up!

Had to wait over 30 minutes for drinks, had to ask for water, had to go in to order dinner. It was the worst way to spend my 30th birthday I will never be going back.

We planned to use our Entertainment Card this evening. Throughout our meal, the owner kept trying to upsell on every meal and drink. When it came to paying our bill, we were told we couldn’t use the entertainment card by the staff. The owner had left by then, but the staff member had honoured a previous diners entertainment card and the owner told her not to because it was an event night. The ‘event’ was the lighting of the Christmas tree at Whitfords - hardly an event for the restaurant. Won’t be returning
