Service not excellent, not recommending to anyone . Badly organised.

The food is excellent however the service is appalling. Very slow, had to ask for my drinks order several times and explain it to 3 different people to get it right and it was just a simple rum and coke off the menu and it arrived approximately 20 minutes after it was ordered and not as I ordered. Staff never came back to our table once our meals were brought to the table to see if we required anything else so we decided to have desert elsewhere. Staff had difficulties in explaining to us what some of the items on the menu were. There was a lack of cutlery and napkins etc at our table and we could not get the attention of staff to bring additional items to us. Pricing is okay and food is great but poor service spoilt the evening as we would have liked to have had desert and more drinks and food.

Had a green diarrhoea. Service was not what you expect! Food was not even presented properly. For panipuri they had mashed potatoes and pani and Poori Biryani was sour and simply hot in chillies. Not the right spices and waiter suggested to order it. I would not recommend to anyone to visit the place. Total waste of money!

Food was just not really good or amazing sambar was too thick and not enough for dosa

Staff was friendly but was not around to get our prefilled order form or came around so we can ask about the menu and refill table water. Our two dishes didn't come out even when we have correctly written down our orders, somehow the meal was missed we had to ask for it to be rectified. All meals where delicious, meat filling in the dosa was a bit dry but we all enjoyed our meal, the outstanding dish is the goat curry at the resturant very tender and the flavours are amazing. Thank you
