Perfect! It was our date night and we loved it! Food, atmosphere & service - top notch.

Very good location, nice staff, great food, overally very happy with the experience.

Tables and plates covered in dust, booked 2 weeks in advance and didn’t get the desired table. Members since 2013. Food wasn’t as good, never celebrating Christmas there again!

We ordered the seafood platter. It was amazing and worth the money! They did forgot to bring out the garlic and chilli sauces though!

Criniti’s has been our go to place for special occasions for many years however our experience today for Christmas lunch has left us disappointed. Our entree of loaded cheesy fries was simply chips with melted cheese and nothing more. Our dessert sampler platter consisted of nothing more than four cannoli three of which were not fresh at all, half a slice of mushy tiramisu and a cup of half melted gelato that also did not taste right. No Criniti’s staples such as zeppole donuts, profiteroles or tartufini Coffee and tea was not available as “the machine is broken and will not be repaired as we are closing down soon”. Milkshakes or anything containing milk was also not possible as there was no milk. If you charge a family of two children and two adults $263 for a meal you need to ensure your service is impeccable and you can provide what is on the menu (within fair reason) at a high standard. You can’t charge at a premium rate then not deliver that level of food and service. Pure and simple! Today’s experience has left me reconsidering my loyalty to Criniti’s as a whole. I am one disappointed VIP customer!

From previous visits staff not very Attentive our dinner arrived sides we ordered as well had to remind the waiting staff about our sides we’re missing by the time it arrived we where 3/4 through our dinner. They cleared our table after waiting 20 minutes we had to ask our for the dessert menu.

Overpriced , with average food and average service and if they muck your food up don’t expect another meal or discount Definitely wouldn’t hurry back there

Food was okay but staff were not attentive and we had to flag them down to follow up on drinks and didn’t bother with dessert because of the service.

Went for a special birthday treat for my 9 year old. The best thing was the view. Poor service and the food was inedible. Absolutely the worst meal I have ever had in Sydney in 17 years. Little guy couldn’t even eat his spaghetti. Should have stuck to the local.

Nice venue. Pizza seemed nice. Chicken salad not so good. Barely any lettuce- lots of chicken though

Staff were lovely, music was a bit loud, the Tortellini and Chicken pizza were great, the meatball pizza was a bit bland though. The kids loved their meals.

Shocking service ordered things that never showed up. Terrible and very forgetful waiters.

Wasn’t really great! The mussels were not righti was hoping it to be good. Pizza was burnt.

The booking and service experience was fantastic. Also the paid parking is great, however the food lets the restaurant down. My vongole pasta just tasted like garlic, chilli and salami, another in my party had veal and they said the oil it was cooked in was off

Enjoyable lunch - disappointed with the service charge for a Sunday and charge for paying with Credit Card - wonderful to have parking paid for thank you!

Our wine wasn't cold [ both bottles ], we had to ask for sauces that should have accompanied our entree, 1 main meal was wrong. We had to ask to order our main meals and ask for water a few times.

They need to invest in training their junior staff, who are well meaning, but need training.

Music way too loud. Our 3 year old was covering his ears. Eventually it got tirned down. Otherwise staff very friendly. Great food!

Loud music blaring which couldn’t be turned down, greasy tasteless burger on a plate full of oil that had dripped out of the burger making the bread soggy, small serve of seafood for $50 (over-priced) which was cold, over-cooked chips which were almost burnt, slow and unfriendly service. An absolute let-down.

Arrived 1.30pm, it's a 2 hour table and 3pm still waiting for our entrees. Not enough staff on day like Father's day. Table on 14 people - very dissatisfied table.

Very average have had Italian food far better at home far from worth the high price tag. Spend your money somewhere else

It was great food, excellent service and nice views over the water. We enjoyed our meals and the house wine that the waiter recommended. The menu is extensive and there are options for anyone. I would definitely recommend Crinitis Woolloomooloo and would come back.

Food was delicious but the service was TERRIBLE!!! It was very busy so they should have had more staff on. 2 out of 3 meals arrived. By the time the third arrived ours was cold. No cutlery so I had to get up and ask No pepper so I went to the counter again Same thing for Parmesan cheese. The pasta was incorrect, the type of coffee we ordered was wrong and so was the dessert. Won’t be going again

Awesome food, great service and reasonably priced. I always enjoy eating here
