Overpriced and very slow service. Not surprised it closed down
Overall we had a good experience service for drinks were a little slow as only one person was making them. Menu was too big. No mention of Sunday surcharge we were not aware and we would of preferred to pay for what we ate as we were a larger table
Friendly staff, bit of a mix up with meal, and noisy but still enjoyed the night
Amazing service, great food, good value and a good location
Fantastic food and great service great family night for my daughters birthday.
Great service and atmosphere, very good for celebrations and entertaining friends
Great family atmosphere, great Italian food and the service is great
The food is delicious. It’s quite pricey but a good option for the special occasion or a date night. Service here was ok. We went early enough so it wasn’t too busy.
Great pizza and atmosphere. Will go again with the family.
It was a very enjoyable dinner Our waitress Dianna was great, nothing was a problem
My Bbq Prawns were quite tasty, a little over cooked but probably the best value for money as there was quite a bit on the plate. Overall I think everything seems overpriced and there is just way too much on the menu.
A really good night for a family dinner and desert.
This is the 3rd time I have dinned at Criniti's Kirrawee and unfortunately all 3 times were disappointing and a bad experience. Definitely will not be going back :(
The menu is extensive and quite expensive. My pumpkin and haloumi salad was very ordinary and over priced but the pasta others ordered looked nice and pizza on other tables looked delicious, but at these prices I wouldn't hurry back.
Criniti's kirrawe Good service mmmm delicious food thank you guys.
Over priced meals where nothing special, we had veal dishes all said they tasted average. The bread entree was so hard you could break your teeth. When you have to pay $65.00 for a cheap bottle of wine that was average, drinks way to expensive, will not be going again because you did not get any value for money at this place and I would advise others to do the same.
Arrived early to avoid the Friday crowd. Was placed at the smallest table with no room to move let alone eat. Asked for a larger table and was accommodated. Ordered and waited 20 minutes for the starter and drinks to arrive. Mains came 30 mins later. Pizzas were horrible. The worst we’ve ever had. We believe it was the cured meats. Could taste nothing but salt. Disgusting. Buyer my son ordered was inedible. He refused to eat more than half. We were going to leave it at that but decided to go for some dessert. Twenty five minutes later it still hadn’t arrived! We complained and were told it was on its way so waited longer and longer. Finally we said, enough, paid and left. Seriously better places than this for Italian food. Avoid if possible.
Took well over and hour to get our meals which we had to ask for 2 times. Wasn’t that busy and there was people who sat down well after we ordered getting there food before us. Once our food came out, not all together which we asked for, one of our pasta dishes was not cooked and semi hard still. Once we had more or less finished the pasta we where still waiting on the pizza to come. The staff apart from the one who took our order where rude and unapologetic to the situation. She couldn’t even give us a reason why this all happened. We did get a discount at the end of the night which was nice of them however the price of the food and the quality we got wasn’t as I thought. With that and the service I know I won’t be going back or rushing to recommend to any one I know.
Service was terrible. Totally forgot about our meals. Ruined our sons Birthday dinner. Will not be returning.
Great food but service was a let down in some aspects.
The food is nice but the restaurant has too many tables in it. Constantly being knocked into when someone wants to move their chair out or even when they are tying to cut their dinner Very cold in the restaurant and service is quite slow
So many kinds going in and out of the doors, people treating the out door area like a good court, bringing bottle of drink in from Coles, maxican etc. the service was so slow. We were bought 2 drinks that weren’t ours.
Had a great night for my daughters birthday. Good service, food was delicious and it wasn’t too loud or busy.
The service was fantastic, food was delicious we had the seafood platter and the cocktails were great. The restaurant atmosphere was comfortable and we all had a great time. It was the perfect dinner venue for my daughter’s 22nd Birthday.
My grandmother was left out the front instead of being shown to our table. The music was so loud no one could talk. Our drinks order was forgotten. The food came out at really different times. The service was very strange.
Online booking was easy to use. The service and food was great.
Food is fantastic The staff just seem a little overwhelmed My husbands main came out about 10 mins before mine so that was a little disappointing and we were never asked if we needed any more drinks so we just drank the table water. The waitress that took our order was lovely but the follow up was not so great.
We decided to spend fathers day lunch at crinitis. All our meals came out at different times, the kids didn't get their drinks until halfway through lunch and this is after the waiter was asked (twice) and to tip it all off, we were charged a public holiday surcharge....Since when is fathers day a public holiday. Surcharge was $25. We were highly disappointed as we have been to crinitis many times before and never experienced such an unorganised meal. Also, they had run out of oysters which was also disappointing as they are my husband's favourite. He did not enjoy fathers day lunch at all. I'd also like to mention that salt and pepper should be something that is on every table. The diners next to us asked for salt and were given a plastic salt shaker that is used in the kitchen. The food was lovely but the overall experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Really upset that it cost $276 for a family of 5 to experience this.
OveOverpriced small portions bad servicesservicesince when does every side get charged. Ridiculous.and when u order tea ots a given to have milk not having to ask
The food was overpriced and the service was limited, however, the food tasted good.
We had a good experience and the food was delicious
I didn’t know there was a Crinitis out in kirrawee it was good location
Food was great and the service was quick and friendly.
Great food, tasted so amazing, will definitely go back soon
Service was friendly but meals took way too long to come out. A little shocked by the price of the garlic bread. $19 for 4 small slices. Meals were very nice though and kids eat free is most helpful.
Service is so slow. They need more staff. Food is nice
Cocktails are terrible and service was bad food was ok
Very nice waitress. Aspect of the table meant I was not looking in but out the window this missing the ambiance
The staff are pathetic, got our drinks order wrong 4 times and took over an hour before we even got a drink. The Manager was gone before close so the next in charge was inexperienced and had no idea about customer service. Definitely need new staff in this crinitis.
Grgreat 1m pizza. Staff friendly and attentive. Good family experience.
Great! Very very good and friendly staff made it awesome
Food was delicious, service was awesome and the atmosphere superb.
it was the coldest Restaurant I ever been It is warmer up the Austrian Alps The Beer was warm Very small portions
we went on a night mid week for my daughters birthday and it wasn't busy but we were seated straight away and asked for drinks. They did take a while to be served but we were a bigger group. From time of arrival to eating it was about 45 minutes but the food was delicious and everyone was really happy with what they ordered. The second round of drinks came a lot quicker so I would say it was what we ordered the first time. The staff were really friendly and though it isn't a cheap night out to eat there we did enjoy it and glad we went there
My daughter & co were sat outside & it was like a blizzard they froze... had I’d I known they were sitting outside I would’ve cancelled booking ... waiter told manager & he didn’t have the courtesy to speak to me!! My child just recovered from illness!!
A pleasant evening a great nite was had by all
It was a bit expensive, otherwise really nice place to dine.
Must admit food was good, bit overpriced for what it is. Service all over the place and the food came 1 hour late then entress with main. Just a mess with 2 plates each person, not enjoyable at all.
Restaurant was very crowded when we arrived at 7pm. Our table was that close to the next table we had to move it to get to our seats. The table was sticky with napkins stuck to it, it just felt dirty. Wait staff bought wrong drinks and then argued that a white wine was the same as a shiraz. Wrong food was presented and again argued that it was the correct meal. Meals are expensive for what they are, but if they are good you dont mind, but these were not good. Out of 6 dinners, no one was happy with their meal.
The food and service was delicious. After paying top price for food, I wasn't quite ready for the $33 Sunday surcharge or the $5 credit card fee.
