100g Burrata, fig preserve, almond flakes & crispy prosciutto.

Bolognese (GF)
House-made Bolognese sauce, beef mince, onions, garlic and a sprinkling of parsley. This should feel like the food equivalent of hug from a loved one.
Pesto Pollo (Chicken) (GF)
Free range chicken, our house-made creamy basil pesto, onion, sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. We recommend with rigatoni pasta.
Crab In Drag (GF)
Blue swimmer crab in a pink Napoletana sauce, with cherry tomatoes, chilli & garlic. We recommend with linguine or casarache pasta.

Cheese Us (V)
Our take on the classic 4 cheeses (Quattro Fromaggi) pizza. A garlic base (no tomato) with mozzarella, Meredith goat’s curd, and blue cheese, topped with Parmesan, roast garlic oil, and fresh parsley.

The Americana our way. Fresh Roma tomatoes, pepperoni and chilli, topped with roast garlic oil and fresh rocket.
The Truffle Hunter
Salsiccia (Free Range pork and fennel sausage), baby spinach and Spanish onion, topped with roast garlic oil, drizzled generously with truffle oil and garnished with fresh parsley

Crispy golden pastry tubes of deliciousness filled with a whipped creamy Marsala sweetened ricotta and lightly dusted with powdered sugar. Our flavours include pistachio, chocolate chip and straight up for the purists.
Billionaire Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream
A velvety chocolate brownie, rich enough that any money worries will disappear (while eating it), served with a decent dollop of our favourite vanilla ice cream
Tiramisu
The literal translation for Tiramisu is ‘cheer me up’, and ours will do just that. Made the same way as a Venetian gondolier’s nonna with ladyfinger biscuits dipped in a good Italian espresso and layered with a delicately sweetened cocoa flavoured mascarpone.
