Great service with a highlight being the Cantonese sizzling steak

We had the all-u-can eat yum cha which was enjoyable. However, we were very disappointed come time for dessert, we were told there were no more egg tarts left. Service was ok but I’d asked for a few items a couple of times and never received them. For the cost per head, I was disappointed and did not feel satisfied.

First visit and found it rather confusing. One person serving had the name of the dishes he was serving written on the side of a trolley which made it easy to choose, but otherwise it was hard to hear (and understand) what dishes were on offer. Ordered several dishes that we didn’t really want or like because of this, which is annoying considering the price. After several savoury dishes they started bringing out sweet dishes which we ordered and started to eat but then they brought out more savoury dishes. Wouldn’t have started eating the sweet dishes if we knew there were going to be more savoury dishes.

We waited forever for food, a cart to come by - anything. After 1 hr and 15 minutes and 6 dishes for 4 ppl, we decided to leave. Mum was very disappointed.

Citi Zen provided really delicious and authentic yum cha experience. Service was really good and everyone was doing a great job at serving and taking orders. My only gripe is that I specified all you can eat but wasn't told that there wasn't an option for that. It was for my birthday lunch so that was a little surprisingly but it's ok. Still happy to dine there again but will be mindful of that.

Last time here was about 4 years ago before covid. Very restricted food choice. Not steamer trolleys doing the rounds. Not the great experience it used to be.

$1 per person surcharge because it was Sunday! Oysters the size of 20c coins for $4 ea.

We had the all-you-can-eat yum cha which is great if you have a healthy appetite. The food came around quickly, freshly prepared and delicious. Tables are spaced out so you're not too close to other diners and the seats are very comfortable. Our favourites are the steamed BBQ pork buns, steamed pork ribs and mango pudding.

Fantastic food, great staff, a good atmosphere will be back
