The restaurant is nice and bright. The Indian food is great.

We like the restaurant but the waitress wasn’t able to offer us any guidance with the menu but it’s good value for money.

It was fine, however they ran out of Kingfishers beers after only 2 rounds Also needed to ask for sauces with Entree which should have been mandatory Long delay between Entree and main course of banquet

Lovely staff looked after us well - a little slow on taking initial drink orders and short on stock of wine but had a lovely night.

Great food but very poor service, we were a group of 7 and the waiters never came to our table unless we put our hand up. Our water glasses were never filled and we were never asked if we wanted dessert, tea or coffee, then had to ask for our bill.

Great atmosphere, delicious food and plenty of amazing vegetarian options. The prices were very reasonable and the place was very busy. Would definitely go again.

Very friendly and efficient service, a varied menu with original choices such as the sizzling plate of vegetables as appetizer. Offers good choice of wine. Would return to try more original dishes.

Very nice food, fresh and plentiful. The staff provide good service though on a busy night it can be a bit of a wait for meals. All in all a very enjoyable experience!

Food and Service was worst.After giving order we had to wait for at least 40-45 mins It is totally wast of money and enjoyments.Never go to this place.

One of the worst meals I have ever had. Most of the food had so much salt in to be virtually indedible, I left most of the dishes. Why any so called chef would use that amount of salt is beyond me. We did advise the waiter no added salt. Should have sent it back but didn't wan the hassle. The Kashmiri Naan was quite good and not salty.

This is the second time we've dined here and the food and service has always been great! I highly recommend the sizzling veggie platter as entree - delicious!

The food was good. Staff should be trained NOT to sweep crumbs off the tables on to the floor. After diners have finished, the crumbs should be neatly swept off the table, on to a plate and then disposed of rather than being brushed off the table on to the carpeted floor.

Excellent food. Excellent decor/ ambience (and appreciate the carpeting which dampens noise). However, waiting staff not very welcoming/ friendly; hardly spoke when taking our order.

The food as usual was terrific . i large number of choices to select from The wine and beer list was sufficient to provide you with a real choice.

My visit to Chimes (for the 2nd time) was a great experience, the food exquisite, so delicious and nicely presented, the staff attentive and charming, the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing. its so difficult to find a cafe or restaurant these days which is not noisy...this restaurant is a little haven, so welcome!!!

Lovely food and service. The flavones of the curries not too overpowering but delicious. My kids love the tandoori chicken and the tikka. Definitely worth a try

Chimes Restaurant has a well-lit, pleasant ambience. There is good parking facilities in the vicinity. The wait-person was slow at understanding the orders and lacked confidence, and was friendly. The drink order could have been faster and not all the orders came at the same time. The food was good but not outstanding. Overall, the experience was positive and relaxing. I would be happy to return some time in the future.

Food was good and had the usual selection of I Dian cuisine that my family and I enjoy, service very slow and inattentive which was a pity

Had a nice host that was great with making sure if we needed anything extra. Food was amazing. Flavours and texture and well presented. Been to Chimes, over many times since 2010.. good to see they haven't changed. THanks
