A great little Italian pizzeria/restaurant. Appropriately attired, friendly staff and well above average food quality, make Just Italy worth further visits. Amazingly clean, well organised and comfortable seating. Certainly, one of the best places in eastern suburbs to enjoy good food and a good selection of wines. In particular the pizzas and Tiramisu' are of the highest quality and truly Italian style. Well worth a serious consideration when looking for an above average Pizzeria / Restaurant! We will be telling our friends about this great find on Princess Highway in Oakleigh East!

After being greeted by the wait staff we were left far too long before ordering. I had to physically get up out of my chair to ask a waiter to attend to us. When we ordered drinks there was a very long wait and one of our drinks was forgotten. We then reordered it, still nothing. Then I got up and informed the bartender who eventually got us a drink. The food was nothing special. The handmade pasta I had was very bland and needed salt. There was also no salt on our table and we had to ask for it. The staff need to learn to be far more attentive to their guests.

Authentic Italian food. Service was a little slow. Overall pleasant.

We are sure the food is of a high standard, however, we will never know. We were waiting to be served at our table for over 20 minutes and in that time we observed some forlorn faces of other customers experiencing the same discontent. The waiting times at this establishment are insipid and you can feel the tension from the waiting staff and kitchen. We decided to vacate after our patience was tested. Hospitality was a big disappointment, contrary to our knowledge of Italian culinary and customs of catering to the customer’s needs. Take this as friendly advice, you have opportunity for lots of improvement in customer service.

Had to wait for about 15 minutes for the table we reserved to be ready however the food was fantastic and at the table rather quickly considering the amount of people there. Would definitely go again but try to pick a quieter night, if they ever have one given the food was so good!

A little disappointed with 2 dishes in particular- not the Nono's food I was looking forward to,microwaved cannelloni not good dry sauce on the top not what I would expect from such a popular restaurant and steam coming out out it far too hot to eat for sometime,. Staff all pleasing though despite them being very busy

The serving staff were not coping with making our experience better. Every time we wanted a drink or order more food, we weren’t ever asked. Also the pizza is never cut properly & when we returned the pizza to be cut for the second time the guy asked to do this showed frustration with having to do this. I will still come back but not as often unless the service improves. Thank you.

Small in size but have nice and warm waiters. Food are in good quality with just right portion.

Visit just Italy Atherton road often and we were keen to try Oakleigh east . Surprised by how many people on Tuesday night but the food and service excellent

Great venue, great service with waiters that indulge in true service and personability. TRhis place does amazing pizzas that mimick a true italian pizza. so..... If you want a pizza that features a heavy thick dough base, ridiculously cheesy and over-filled with inordinate amounts of budget ham, salami and toppings........ well dont go to Just italy...... just continue to be satisfied with Dominos or Pizza Hut.

Really good and value for money. All the wait staff were good. We were near the kitchen and kept getting a bleach smell every time someone opened the door. Love this place though and will go back.

12 of us came for a work celebration. We were perfectly accommodated. Food, wine, ambience and service were very good :)
