Pleasantly surprised by the quality of food considering it is a "chain" restaurant. The pasta was excellent and the hand made pizza was amazing.

Food was amazing. But waitstaff didn’t really seem friendly. Went to buy food to take home after which is why we went there and was told it was frozen so they told us to go to oakleigh to get it. They didn’t advise us however that it was closed... messaged the fb page and no reply. Pretty disappointed with quality of service. Food was great but they just didn’t have the service.

To start, the drinks order was not taken correctly and had to add extra once drinks arrived. Food was not that good....pizza's were quite burnt underside giving an unpleasant charcoal after taste. A pasta dish was ordered with napoli sauce and arrived with Bolognese sauce...upon questioning the order difference the waiter gave a strange nonsensical reason. Ordered lemon gelato and it was lemon sorbet...not gelato. Overall, it was a disappointing experience

30 minutes to get served to order our meals. The cannelloni was cold and was taken away and then it came back crispy and overcooked. The tables are too crowded. We saw a pizza maker drop the pizza slide on the floor and then replace it back on the hook without wiping/cleaning it down.

Food was good but resturant was very cramped, loud and busy which made it hard for staff to serve everyone in a timely manner. We waited 30 minutes before we flagged someone down to take our drinks orders and food order hadn't been acknowledged prior. Food and drinks came out quickly and were great but seemed like more staff were needed for the amount of people in the resturant.

Fabulous yummy food and great atmostphere. Will go again with friends.

It was ok but we were sat next to a large noisy table when the restaurant was empty.

Restaurant was having electrical issues the night we attended. Most of the Food served seemed to be burnt. The place was filled with smoke most of the night. The air conditioning wasn’t really working and spat water on us. The best part was the staff who brought the Italy experience to greeting us and menu ordering. Service was excellent. Unfortunately we won’t be going back.

Italy on a plate and the Aperol Spritz is orange bliss!!!! We love it!!! It’s our local Italian patch.

The night was busy due to Valentine’s Day and being a Friday and the service was great but lacked a bit due to being so busy. The noise level was high due to a small area and lots of people and the food was ok.

The lovely warm welcome was noticeable to myself and friends that came. Food was amazing. Waiters very accommodating for our table changed.

It was a shame about the renovations making it very squishy but the food was amazing.

So noisy that it's hard to hear people who aren't next to you. Everything else was fantastic though.

Our only issue really was we booked over a month ago. Got there for Christmas lunch an they took us to an old dark back room a tried to put us both in a corner where a child would not fit. More room is needed at both restaurants. Or sit people at the bar. It is Christmas, not squishmass..

Pasta was abit dry, (like it had been ovver cooked or under a heat lamp) staff was good.

Everything from the food to service was absolutely great, would definitely come again!

On the whole we loved our visit to Just Italy. We had a very short time to eat and they accommodated us well. The only problem was the pizza we had preordered ended up in a box on top of the oven instead of on our table. It wasn’t a huge deal, except I could tell it had been there at least 15 minutes

The arancinni balls were ordered as a main for our daughter and they were the last dish to come to the table and didn’t arrive until 15 minutes AFTER everyone had finished eating by which point our toddler had lost interest in eating. Sadly they were also very dry, over cooked and lacked flavour. The pastas were all incredible however the one person who ordered pizza was very disappointed as it was very flavourless... a few other people who tried it agreed it was very average.
