Canton Bay Chinese Restaurant - Mounts Bay

A friend recommended going there so we went. Food is on a bit pricey but you pay for the location and the ambience.

Overall great even though things still not quite back to normal. In a side area so nice and private, but difficult to get staff attention. Pity they weren’t accepting Entertainment Bk vouchers as booking was made for that reason.

Six adults with drinks and entree with 5 mains an two special fried rice $50 each

We have been several times before and have always enjoyed it. We were disappointed with the dress of the staff - jeans and t-shirt looked very scruffy. We go to the Canton Bay for Special occasions so it would be nice to see a better standard of dress.

The prawns squid and san chow bow amazing. Service impeccable and courteous. The table was perfect for two. Best chinese food in Australia in my opinion after eating there now numerous times. Price great value.

Delicious food and outstanding service However the bright light above our table was invasive and migraine causing and aimed I to 2/4 of our faces and the other 2 people were in the dark .

Clean tasting Chinese food. Good quality prawns. But fish in noodles taste a little smelly and frozen.

Really enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. The only slight criticism was a soon as your plate was empty the staff came and took it away even if you still had a mouth full of food so that was too quick for us. However we will definitely be returning.

Steamed toothfish, E-fu noodles with crab meat & egg white, Shanghai style dumplings, tofu with prawns, green veg with mushrooms - every dish was delicately flavoured and nicely presented.

The food was exquisite. The service exceptional. We had 3 dishes to share and The timing between each dish was just right.
