Caffe Primo - Munno Para

Good visit but couldn't get our order correct. Wasn't a hard request but disappointing.

Great place to catch up. Lovely polite staff. Our meals arrived promptly

Service poor When ordering lady behind counter trying to serve other patrons at same time. Waiter bad English verbal.

The food was ok but it feels a little overpriced for what it is. Nothing was great but overall we had a decent meal.

The food was great didnt have to wait long to receive it.

There were 8 of us, 3 meals came out within 5 minutes of ordering. we had to wait 30 minutes for the remainder to start appearing. Had to ask about the complimentary garlic bread - was met with a less than desirable attitude - although some of us had 'special' meals that do not qualify for the bread - 2 of us definitely had a main. No apologies and very matter of fact - after all the meals had been cleared away and we were ready to leave 1 garlic bread was placed on our table. I know its not a 5 star restaurant, but a cheerful attitude and good customer service is always appreciated.

Deliciously fresh, super fast. We will be back! Husband ordered the scotch fillet. Salt and pepper squid. I had the Battered flathead.

We had our Christmas family get together and the experience was mostly positive apart from one of the kids having an incorrect order brought out. He was the last to receive his meal anyway after a bit of a wait and then it was incorrect and had to be redone. It’s was a bit disappointing all round.

We asked staff several times if we could have the music turned down which it was and then it was turned up so we couldn't talk to each other. Won't be returning.

Not the best customer service not great food quality .

First served the wrong drinks. Then served garlic bread not sliced. Then didn’t even finish first slice of garlic bread and the main was served.

Table was ready, reserved good space in restaurant with a view 😊

Had to leave cos it gave me belly aches and the 💩💩💩 so clearly the food was not good

Reserved a table but the male who greeted us had no idea what that meant and asked a female colleague behind the counter who seemed uninterested and said sit anywhere. I wasn’t fussed where we sat so went and found a vacant table. No menus given to us we had to go and get our own from the storage area close to the rear door. Had the vegan burger and it was very oily so only ate half. Others in the party were somewhat satisfied with their meal. Things the second time I have eaten at this restaurant since the location change and it has gone downhill in the food department. On a positive note the server was a nice lady and we didn’t wait too long for our food and drinks. Coffee was nice. Not sure if I will come here again.

Unfortunately Pollo Avocado my was not great. Menu states pan seared, it seemed boiled to me. Also the sauce was split and just tasted like warm butter. Service was good though.

sign on door says use other door but you cant coz its locked. A smile from the very dry staff would be great. Meals way too expensive, burger came with 10 chips if that. Butter chicken had half a piace of nann bread you could see where its been cut. would I return? not a hope. Would I reccomend? nope not at all. should have listened to our uber driver who said he has had many customers not happy with this place since it moved and managment changed.

The only thing that I could complain about was the piddly tiny piece of lemon served with the calamari and I had to ask for more as it wasn't bigger than a 50c piece :) the staff were friendly and accommodating and helpful!

Excellent hot meals, good service, always a little noisy with a lot of guests dining. Excellent restaurant. We visit quite often
