Had a reservation for a meeting Had to sit on the footpath as it was the only cool place. No alternatives to dairy except soy. Won't be going back
Very warm inside as fan above us was not working. No atmosphere, quaint location but quite cramped for our party. Pleasant staff, reasonable prices. Menu expansive which can be a negative due to too many choices. Good to be able to check menu prior to coming in.
Pleasant staff, food tasty, but a few of our group had to wait a considerable time for their meal. However, this was probably due to only a couple of staff on that day.
Café 63 at Wilston never ceases to amaze us. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food always exceeds our expectations. We will be coming back. Never in doubt.
Venue- Open setting, - spacious, -central local Staff- Friendly, - polite -1 order missed to be taken - 1 order written incorrectly Solution- write orders sequentially left to right. - confirm that all orders are taken and correct. Kitchen- Food tasted great, full of flavour. - For the amount of orders, reasonable timing. - 1 coffee order forgotten - 1 order eggs overcooked - 1 order eggs not cooked - 1 order mixed with another Solution- Confirm all drink orders are complete -Confirm orders are correct prior to leaving kitchen - No excuse for eggs, undercooked is clear. Overall experience- Not bad, decent food when correct though would try other cafes prior to coming back to this one in this area.
11.00 am late breakfast with the family. Good food, good service, and reasonably priced. The only criticism would be that it was a real squeeze in the back area of the cafe, our six person private table ended up as a long 12 person table with people having to move to let staff and other customers through.
The coffee was average at best, the scones were dried out and hard and the kitchen machinery was too loud. The staff were pleasant and provided good service.
A huge breakfast that was enjoyed by both of us. Thehollandaise sauce was delicious. Coffee arrived quickly, as did our breakfast, even though they were busy. Staff were very friendly
Service was excellent, very efficient and friendly. Great value for money. We were part of a big group and everyone was happy with their food.
Service was poor and very slow, from disinterested staff with poor English language skills. -------- Food was OK, ( when it arrived ) ----------- I will probably not return
The menu is great but the food not so much. We had an excellent Waiter who was very busy and run off their feet. With only 7 people there was a 10-15 minute wait between the first and last person receiving their food
Good service, great menu options and beautiful food and drinks. Will definitely go back here for brunch again. Lovely selection of fresh flowers available as well.
Food and service was excellent staff very friendly. Relaxed atmosphere. Service was not pushy and the food was delivered very quickly. Able to split bills a real plus.
The service wasn’t very good. Took a long time for someone to serve us. Wasn’t very friendly. Bit disappointed. Food was awesome just service let it down
Great service with an amazing breakfast menu... the 24/7 hours of Hamilton is the Cafe63 Benchmark, but the Wilston Cafe63 is my first preference during the more sociable hours.
Food was nice, however one meal out of ten was cold and unsatisfactory: we asked for a replacement meal. The service started well but very poor service after meals: dirty plates left for ages, had to move our plates to other tables as leftover food was atttacting flies. Not enough staff on a Sunday afternoon. Very hot with black sail above reflecting heat downwards. Could improve with more staff or better training, maybe a white sail under the black one for exterior tables.
When we arrived they had turned the air conditioning off but when we asked for it to be turned on they lied and said it was. We then tried to order a drink to celebrate but guess what their fully stocked bar was closed as they had not renewed their liquor license 😡😡😡 never go back
not very attentive service but decent food and beverage. good outdoor space for dining with children! nice flowers available for purchase at the front of the store.
Food was good, but rather basic. Nice room, friendly staff. Order came out wrong so had to wait for correct food for one person. Prompt service, no pressure to rush. Pleasant place to have dinner and a chat.
Whilst I haven't asked the other 11 diners about their lunch, they were all very happy as we congregated on the footpath after leaving Cafe 63. My wife and I have visited Cafe 63 venues at Ascot,Chermside,Eatons Hill and several times at Redcliffe. Each time we have had an enjoyable time.
Food was yum. A couple of coffees/drinks were wrong, but quickly rectified. A few more heaters for the garden area would be good for the winter time. Overall a nice morning.
The service we received was great. The food was delicious. Café 63 Wilston is a great place to eat on the northside of Brisbane. We will be glad to go there again!
Very accommodating, more people arrived then anticipated and they were very obliging allowing us to add tables and chairs. Great range of food for very affordable prices.
We had dinner there on a Saturday night and it was good food & good service. Nice place to eat or just to have coffee. The openness at the front of the cafe & the flowers invite you in.
The food was great, and the price for it was on point! Premium food at affordable prices... maybe good a bit cheaper on your coffees ;-)
It was a delicious meal!! Lovely quiet environment .... very casual dining! Excellent value for money and not too expensive! Great service!! Highly recommend cafe 63, Wilston..
Below average. One of the meals with chicken breast - chicken didn't taste quite right & we all know not to eat bad chicken. 3 people tried it & agreed. When we told them - they just apologized - no discount on bill, thick cut chips some where not cooked in the middle. Had to go searching for a waitress to get dessert & coffee - not a busy sat lunchtime. Overall disappointing
We always enjoy our visits to Café 63 at Wilston. The staff are very friendly. The food is always delicious, and the fruit frappes are heavenly. We'll be back soon.
We both had the lamb shoulder. It was pulled like pulled pork and looked like it was cooked for some days with parts of it very dry. The vegetables were very dry, particularly the carrot that was not editable. The back area were we had lunch is very grubby and not inviting. Very disappointed compared to other Cafe 63's I have visited.
Good choice of food, fast & friendly service. The food was hot on arrival at the table. Cold water was provided and coffees and other hot drinks were hot and tasted as expected - espresso, hot chocolate. The restaurant was really busy and consequently it was very noisy. Hard to have a conversation at times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our get-together over breakfast.
