Very disorganised. Table was not reserved. Waited 20 minutes to order. Had to ask waitress to come over and take order. Otherwise food and beverages ordered where of a very good standard. Arrived promptly after we ordered. Wait staff need a better system to provide good customer service.

They were very accommodating and lovely staff- a great experience!

The staff were friendly & attended to our needs promptly. The food was tasty & value for money.

I was disappointed.I ordered a 2 stage breakfast requesting specifically that the two stage serving be at least ten minutes apart.Unfortunately the meals turned up at the same time and the Indian waitress tried to argue I was mistaken so I waved her away as I told her I was very very clear about my instructions. The mistake and subsequent behaviour by the waitress ruined my enjoyment.

Great way to share a birthday with family and friends.

Our breakfast was exceptional and the service and speed of delivery was great.

Food average at best. No atmosphere, unenthusiastic service and started to pack up while we were still at the table before closing time.

Been there before and never had a problem. TrIed something new and ordered poached egg with rosti and creamy mushrooms. They all came on top of one another. Which looses the point of the rosti. When I pointed out the problem to the waitress she argued with me that it is the only way to serve it. And I should have said if I wanted it differently. Because I am supposed to know how it's served? She rolled her eyes and went on a tirade with someone in the kitchen and another waitress. Nice. Very professional. Not. Guess our regular group of 8 is never coming back. Poor attitude and not a good representation of a business that I (we) have enjoyed so far.

Food was fantastic and serving size was just enough. It was so nice to receive a salad that didn’t have onions in it! Service was good.

6 of us for breakfast including 2 littlies. Food good value and wholesome. Very well run and consistent service from pleasant staff. Would recommend to all

Food was perfect as usual. I believe that pre-booking made for a stress-free breakfast on an unusually wet day (especially with 2 toddlers in our group). Service seemed a little flustered between ordering and serving stage, but perhaps it was due to a full house on a very wet day. Staff need to learn to be aware not to pass hot coffee across the table in front of toddlers as a safety issue. There are the usual language barriers present as with many of the Cafe 63 staff probably due to the 100% use of international students, but they all seem to get by. Parking is definitely a problem in this location.

Great food and service as always. We love cafe 63! We booked a table and requested easy access as my Mum is a wheelchair, could not have been happier with the way they helped us out!

We were so pleased with our visit today total enjoyed our meals & drinks. Would highly recommend friends and family Very friendly staff, great atmosphere.

Food came very fast and was quite generous in portions. Great coffee made to order. So if you want a quick yummy sit down meal before you catch the train to work -- this place fits it all. And you can get flowers too.

Service is always quick, coffee if fine. The smaller menu is definitively easier to read and choose from. But... it feels like the quality is going a bit down while prices seem higher. Waffles were chewy and look like it had just been thrown on the plate. I asked to have chocolate syrup instead of maple and the girl was thrown by it and had to check twice if that was possible. Now feels more and more like a chain (which it is) but previously it still felt local and cosy.

food and service was good was a little disappointed we had booked for 1pm by time we finished it was after 2 we were looking to order dessert only to be told kitchen closed at 2 just thought staff could of told us before ,

I go there every Saturday morning and there is always great service

food was good and very generous service was super quick. we could have done with a water top up as we stayed over 2h but its a café, not the Hilton, I got up and grabbed a bottle.

Breakfast with the family, young and old. Good food allround. Good service and value for money . Would definitely go again, maybe lunch next time.

Friendly staff who contribute to a relaxed atmosphere. Great variety of food, which came out in a good time period, was tasty and value for money.

It was a good dining experience, the staff were friendly and our meals didn't take too long to come out and everything tasted great. We had a great time!

The menu is brilliant there is something for everyone whether you want a small meal or a large one. We had breakfast and it was very good. There is a choice of good sauces, spreads and real butter for the toast. Also a choice of bread. Tha staff are very friendly and helpful.

Extensive menu is great but can be confusing until you get to know it. Some new people I recently introduced commented also. Great to have the variety though and well priced. Plus generally good service. :-)

Service good. Food served quickly and almost all together but there were 12 of us so the kitchen did pretty good. Food was fresh and yum!

First time ever going to a cafe 63 and it definitely won’t be the last. The food was absolutely amazing and I basically fell in love with the iced mocha

Great menu with a great selection to meet a multitude of dietary requirements. Great service. We preordered and the food was ready in perfect time.

Was there for brunch, Saturday morning, group of 4. The food is always great, service was attentive and present. One of the dish took a while to get out but all was there and good in the end. And I really love the grass flooring, it makes the place so inviting :)

The menu is fabulously long and service was great :) we were suitable impressed with the ease and speed of service and the nice big meals!

Went for lunch. Food very ordinary and came out so fast that it must have all been pre Cooked! Wine choice was very limited, cheap and nasty! Table settings etc very dated and unappealing! Overall very disappointing!!!

The staff were very attentive. The coffee is great and my friends and I felt welcome there even though we stayed chatting long after we finished our morning tea. Will definitely return. PS: No "One bill per table" as well!

Great service, friendly, smiling staff, great coffee AND the best breakfast. Try the Endeavour. Have had many meals at 63 and all have been great.

I went the day prior for brunch with a friend and couldn't fault Cafe63 So I took my family back for lunch. The kids loved their burger & club sandwich, but our steak was over cooked and the meals took about 45mins to get to us after ordering. I will go back again though.

Every time I go to a Cafe 63 there is something not right about the food. This time it was the Hollandaise sauce -really cold. And I will never again order the so called 'rosti' which is really awful. The staff are very helpful though.

Excellent and quick service. Great food and coffee. All the little extras they don't charge for too. Definitely a regular place to visit. Top quality

Table service was slow. Took a while to take initial order as we had to signal a waiter. Then had to signal a waiter every time. No one checked on our table at all during the 1hr we were there. Food was pretty good, no complaints there.

Cafe 63 has never failed to disappoint. We have loved every meal we have had from this cafe and would highly recommend it. Fast service and fresh food.

Loved it! All of my friend loved it too. We we t for my bday lunch and even though they close early the staff let us stay a little longer. Great food! Friendly staff!

Service was quick, food was really nice and fresh (as usual). We were inside and it was noisy for our big group but were able to move outside where it was perfect. Our main problem was the size of the menu(s), it make it almost overwhelming to choose anything.

Great service. Food was good. Meals a little slow and staggered coming out but then there were 14 of us at the table so well done!

Really enjoyed our brunch. Great service and food. Will definitely go back again. Parking was the only slight inconvenience at the Nundah location. Thumbs up!
