Cafe63 cannot be beaten for good value breakfasts. Sadly service at this location is a let down.

Good value as always. We are regular diners at various Cafe63 establishments throughout Brisbane. This is our second visit to New Farm and on both occasions we found the service disappointing. The staff seem well intentioned but the process seems to be failing them, resulting in unnecessary stress and leading to unfriendliness. Yuku was the standout in that she was the only one smiling.

Such quick service for a busy cafe & the waffles are to die for!

We had a birthday lunch there today for 12 people and it all went well. The food was great and nothing was too hard for the staff, like there was one at our table that was GF however when her meal arrived, the bread was GF but the meal itself wasn't, so they immediately arranged for her meal to be GF which only took 5-10mins AND we didn't get charged for the first meal she received. The atmosphere was great and we all had a great time. Will go again and again!

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, nice menu with lots of choice, reasonable pricing too, good for a chilled out lunch.

The overall experience was good. customer service was great and food was delicious too.

Fantastic service- we had a group of 15 for brunch and all the meals came out all together and coffees shortly afterwards. Staff were friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

The service was pleasant but a bit slow. The staff were friendly enough but they do need to be more attentive to their patrons. The meat in my burger was too chewy

This was a pet friendly restaurant and there was a dog barking that made our stay a little unpleasant.

We had 4 grandchildren who all enjoyed the children's play area as well as their food. Also note that we scored 6 for service but your summary shows 5. Cheers

Cafe 63 New Farm is in a great location right across from New Farm Park. The meals were affordable and tasty, and service was fast and friendly.

It was ok for a quick bite, location is great but the cafe area was not what I would say great. Staff were friendly it was quite the evening we attended

I like the cafe and the service is usually good but today it was not. The coffees arrived 3 minutes after the mains which were staggered - around 3 minutes apart without explanation. There was never any follow up and the front of house staff didn't seem to know what they were doing.

Service and Food was amazing. Very friendly atmosphere with excellent views of adjacent park. Easy parking with good access to public transportation. What a great dining experience

We enjoyed our meal at Cafe 63 New Farm. The food was plentiful and tasty and our service was great. We'd go back again - the only downside is the difficulty of finding a parking space on the weekend.

Although very busy for breakfast on Father’s Day, service was prompt and food very good. Helpful with negotiating and parking a Walker. Food excellent and new fitout with more windows bright and cheerful.

Fathers Day busy. Table of 11 had 2 meals and a coffee overlooked. Sorted quickly when pointed out. Food was great and service was good too.

The new look of the cafe was amazing. Food was delicious but big portions it would be good if they can offer half size as an option.

We booked our table so when we arrived we were seated straight away. But when it came to ordering we had to approach someone to take our order. 😕

The food is really good especially considering big plate sizes and how reasonable the prices are. They have great service and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend

Great atmosphere and location. Perfect for catch-ups, especially if you have children and/or pets. The food was fantastic, and really good value for money. The staff were great and really engaged with the children.

Unlike prior visits to Cafe63, this visit was disappointing in terms of delayed service, most particularly drinks for two of our guests - we asked twice after everyone else at our table had been served. Dirty dishes were left on our table until we actually left some 2 hours after eating. The Café was not at full capacity at any time so perhaps more staff were required. The food was of a good standard as we have become accustomed to at the Café.

Always great service at Newfarm 63 Good food relaxed atmosphere great coffee and breakfast. Nice quite location with good street parking. The staff are friendly and very efficient.

Food was very tasty, service not as good as other Cafe 63's I have been to, although staff were pleasant. Love the way you can split the bill.

The customer service was both attentative and pleasant. This is an ideal location for an early morning coffee meeting. What more could you want on a beautiful Brisbane day.

The staff were lovely, the menu was vast and it all sounded amazing, coffee was great and the cafe has lots of gorgeous flowers to buy as well. My meal was a little bit salty, but no one else at the table mentioned anything, so it was probably just me :)

Excellent service, friendly staff, food is fabulous and at a reasonable price. I have dined at many restaurants in and around Brisbane and the majority are too noisy, too expensive and lack good service.....this one is a little gem. Situated across the road from the popular Newfarm Park and walking distance to the Powerhouse.

Food was delicious, nothing to criticise. Service fast and friendly. Atmosphere buzzing , warm and inviting. Young children were occupied at the drawing station. Coffee delicious. Everyone in our party of 8 was satisfied. The only improvement need is to the bathrooms which need an upgrade.

Good food, affordable prices, friendly staff, and generous servings. And very quick service! My brother, who is a chef, joined us for lunch. He was surprised at how quickly his order arrived, but admitted that the food was very good. We'll definitely be going back.

Pretty good. Food was nice however Coffee was bit cold. Table was where we requested but service was a little lax. Also has lots of parents with kids come in and no baby change space or table.

Really friendly staff and very kid friendly- no change table in the bathroom makes bringing your pram helpful. Food is same as all Cafe 63 Franchises - not amazing but consistent and cheap.

We were a group of six which included 2 children. The table was ready when we arrived and the staff quick to take drink orders. The menu is very well priced and they cater for children as well. Would highly recommend booking as they were pretty busy (Sunday lunch). They also sell flowers which are lovely! Recommend!

Great food & pricing, lovely staff. Always busy-a reflection of how good everything is. The flowers for sale a delightful addition. Even my puppy a welcome guest. Highly recommended!

Customer service is excellent. Food is great. There is a lot to choose from and their menu is quite organised in such a way that you remember them instantly. Family friendly. Location is fantastic!

Poor waiter service. We say there for ages before we finally called over a waitress to take our order. They need more staff and more experienced staff

My experience at Cafe 63 was very pleasant. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, the food was great and prepared quite quickly and the surrounds friendly. My only criticisms are that a couple of pigeons entered the cafe and flew around and were walking among the tables, although this might be hard to prevent in an open-front cafe. Also, I did wonder why Winter menus were provided when we are now in Spring?

One of the most extensive range of breakfast menu choices you will find!!! If you can't choose something on that menu that will suit, you are hard to please!!.
