Cafe63 - Graceville

The restaurant was great, easy to book, even with late notice and everything was lovely, but they had a trainee on taking orders and they were not awfully efficient.

The service standards were not met on this visit. The waitress had to be called to the table for drinks order and her manner was not as friendly as should be expected.

Friendly welcoming helpful staff and great value for money meals. Something for everyone. We are regulars.

Used a groupon and asked to swap our entree for dessert but was not allowed which is a shame given I was able to last time.

The staff are always happy and willing to serve! Definitely recommend a visit!

Sat@6.30pm booking and they have run of steaks 🥩 on the menu. Ordered crispy skin pork belly instead that turned out super dry and crackling tough as leather. Went home unsatisfied and disappointed.

Always great food at reasonable prices and warm friendly service. Meals served quickly and large choice menu. You can choose to eat inside or out.

I went with a party of 4 to Cafe 63 - Graceville on a Groupon Voucher. We followed the voucher instructions and booked online. We initially tried the phone but that was a bit of a waste of time. As we went for Lunch the wait staff had no problem with changing the glass of wine each to a soft drink each. We iweren't aware that the Voucher was for a shared entree but there was plenty of food and in reality unless you went with 4 healthy eating young men, the shared entree was plenty. The food was good and the service was great. Meals came promptly and the service staff were very attentive. There is some free parking under the building with the entry around the corner from the restaurant, Overall it was a nice lunch and we would have no hesitation in going back again.

love the quality of the food and the service, have been many times. So easy to get a carpark too, which makes the experience less of a hassle.

The staff were really friendly. The café was full of people so we thought we would have to wait a long time for the food to arrive but was pleasantly surprised how quick the food came. The food looked yummy and tasted awesome.

Was great, so many menu options and given how busy they were for Fathers Day everything came out quickly and was really tasty. We had a big group and sat out the back which was perfect. Will be going back again in the near future!

Lovely staff and service for an evening meal. However glass of wine we had was not the best - tasted like it had been opened for too long. The cheese on the garlic cheese toast entree had not completely melted either. This was our second visit and unfortunately the meal failed to impress like the first time.

Slow service, poor ambience, left front door open with a cold breeze coming in. More interested in packing up an hour before closing time than looking after diners. Food ok, but more like an RSL club than restaurant.

Haloumi not grilled properly and was extra chunky, only ate one half of the wrap. Had to ask for extra syrup for mocha frappe - was very bitter. And poutine dish, had to ask for extra gravy and had barely any cheese. Came out with a bit more gravy after requested, but chips was so dry and crispy. For $33 was not worth it and felt very disappointed.

Never disappointed at Cafe 63 Graceville. Food is always delicious and served quickly. Prices are very reasonable. Service is A+ Complimentary sealed bottled water is a bonus.

We were freezing and they refused to close the door if going for breakfast wear a coat. Food was good had to get up and order extra coffee as no one came back to see if we wanted anything else. Value for money just too cold to be enjoyable every table of people we wearing coats inside.

It is Just OK. Had pork belly, it was a bit over cook and become very tough. I had better food and services experience at other franchisees.

Food was great but service could be better. When our meals arrived the waitress stood at one end of the table and asked us to pass each meal around the table to whoever owned the meal. There were six of us dining and plenty of room for her to walk around to each person but she couldn't be bothered. She did the same when collecting the dirty plates - stood at one end of the table and asked for all the plates to be passed back to her. Lack of training or just lazy?

Excellent service, even though it was very busy for Mother's day! Food is excellent and generous portion sizes. Staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble.

Mother's Day brunch. Service was exceptional - quick, very professional and with a lovely smile. The food was lovely and the atmosphere added to the occasion. Overall it made our Mothers Day celebration all the more wonderful.
