Excellent meals, great service, served our birthday cake with a smile.

False advertisement for meals and took a long time for mains to be served.

I had grilled Barra on mash and vegies... The Barra was grilled well but it had an extremely fishy smell on the plate suggesting that it was not as fresh as one would expect. My wife had the Fettachini Nocello which at the time she said was OK however, later that same night at home she had some severe stomach pains. We can't actually say that the pains were caused by the food she ate at the restaurant however, the Fettachini was the only thing she had eaten since lunch-time that same day when she only had one vegemite sandwich and a coffee.

Disappointed. We go to Cafe Novello because of it’s Italian atmosphere & it’s food both of which were absent overall Disappointed.

The price is worth for the food and the staff are very friendly. But because it's Mother's Day the food arrived very late. Like almost 2 hours of waiting

First visit and it was lovely. The staff were very friendly and efficient. My Penne ala Vodka was really good. At first I thought it was a bit typical, all pasta and no chicken, but I was pleasantly surprised at how much chicken was in the dish. Too full to try a dessert but would definitely like to go back for a smaller meal as the desserts looked gorgeous.

Service was good, garlic bread was nice, main meals were decently sized and nice. My chocolate mousse for dessert was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there for like a week... disappointing way to end the meal.

Convenient parkings just outside the restaurant, the food taste good, a good place to go for pizza and pasta dishes. Great atmosphere and very friendly services.

The food is delicious, specials every day which are well under $30 with amazing choices. There were 5 of us and we all loved our food. Being BYO is also great. Staff always make us feel welcome. We'll be back soon!
