Great service, great value for money and the food was to die for

the music was very loud. The service was exceptional Staff very accommodating of our young grandson. Thankyou. We will return again.

No vegetarian choice on main menu. Quite expensive compared to competition. Food was good though. A bit noisy with the Mediterranean music.

staff were so friendly& accommodating with some staff having great eye4detail as walking past& getting things2help struggling patron without even having been asked for........ prawn skewers are divine with yummy crunchy chips& refreshing salad........ The kibbeh (lamb tartare) is fantastic, such a fine mince with added flavour, but u need bread2eat it properly& easier, which they supply2table 2different types for no charge @every table with every booking(so rare these days2get anything4free)........ The spicy baked fish fillet was cooked perfectly &moist, such a huge serve of2fillets with crunchy chips, refreshing salad&also fried bread..... The carrot juice was divine cold2drink and u must try the Lebanese beer while there2!!!! we've been 2this restaurant 3 times now& will be back again (I just have2stear clear of all garlic& onions coz they use a lot in flavouring their food, which most people will like....... Restaurant quite noisy& loud music, but it's with a party atmosphere so can be tolerated.......

Bad customer service I was hoping for a more enjoyable meal, but the taste and execution fell short. I believe there is significant room for improvement in the culinary aspect of this establishment.

The servings were delicious and very generous. Our server was having her first night and was bright and helpful.

Fabulous food. The waitress was a little inattentive and there were only two other people in the room eating.

Food was excellent unfortunately we had to go up to the counter to ask for everything we needed, no one came near us to ask if we needed another drink or more to eat. Our used dishes were still on the table an hour when we left, an hour after we finished lunch. Lovely restaurant and great food but the table service left a lot to be desired. meats were overcooked&dry as& tough& hard2cut& far2much garlic covering baby octopus that was huge&supposed2be lemony but couldn't taste lemon coz so much garlic (when last ate here got seafood platter& not one thing was garlicy, so wasn't expecting big garlic taste this time& was way2much...... service& staff& pace were good though& giving up on them yet, so will be back2try again, but next time have2ask@garlic& can't presume all seafood not have huge garlic taste.........

This was great, the food was fantastic and just like being back in Beirut. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the music was just at the right level that we could still have a conversation. Excellent evening!

Attended for my son’s birthday and the food and service was excellent. When we said it was his birthday and ordered one of the sweet drinks they rushed to add a small piece of cake with a sparkler and played happy birthday for him making the restaurant all clap and cheer. It was a very nice touch. Thank you.

A variety of choice table spaces, great ambience, friendly, respectful and professional staff. Delicious food, fascinating desserts, beautifully presented, and clean toilets. Highly recommend.

tasty, fresh, fast, flavourful food (stuff we know but done slightly differently with more different flavours added with different spices)....... Staff are friendly, but coz so busy on both levels of restaurant, not everyone got chance2be trained in everything......... Had few small stuff-ups but staff offered fixups/remakes2fix issues&the2nd offeringd were fantastic......... Very warm inside on winter night, but don't leave balcony doors open 4balcony diners or you'll freeze upstairs in 10minutes........

We had the mixed grill platter for 2 and the Byblos salad. It was beautifully presented and had authentic flavour

We were seated upstairs that was freezing cold with doors to outside left open, smoke and fumes coming in from outside smokers. Our main was bought to the table 2 mins after our entrees were put on the table. We were never checked on and asked if we wanted more drinks. We ordered the trio of dips but it only had 2 types of dip, there was no hummus ( thus was evident when our main came and had hummus on it - definitely wasn’t on our trio of dips). Eggplant dip was pretty tasteless. We were so looking forward to coming to the restaurant and it was very disappointing. Main was pretty tasty but chicken was dry,

Beautiful warm bread came out on arrival. Generous meal size. Saw lots of other yummy dishes being served to others.

Lovely tasty food friendly staff really enjoyed it! Recommend a group of 4 at least to try a few dishes.

Amazing Lebanese food. We were warmly welcomed by staff who immediately served us warmed flat bread, olive oil, and dukka, all on the house. We ordered the mixed grill for two, which came with dips, salad, chips and flat bread, which appeared without delay. The whole meal was superb: generous skewers of lamb, marinated chicken, and minced meat skewers were smokey and cooked to perfection, the chips were tasty, and the salad and dips delicious and refreshing. Staff were attentive yet discreet and went above and beyond to look after us for our romantic wedding anniversary lunch.

The service left a lot to be desired we had to ask to be served drinks and no-one came back to ask if we needed anything else. The food was good.

Extremely accomodating and friendly staff . Given how packed out and lively the restaurant was ( Mother’s Day) our food was served in good time; our comfort and satisfaction with the meal checked on, and we left feeling well fed. Value for money. Cheers!
