A more contemporary Taiwanese restaurant. Wasn't really a big fan, as preferred more authentic flavours. Covid restrictions also impacted the service a bit. Staff were a bit anxious.

Blue Eye Dragon is one of our favourite Restaurants. The food is always amazing, fresh, well prepared and beautifully presented. The staff are really nice. They are well trained and very personable. Great ambiance too. Would recommend it for couples and also groups. We have done a great dumpling making course there too. Lots of fun.

Blue Eyed Dragon never fails! Even though it was slightly more subdued because of covid regulations we still are amazed at the fabulous food that comes out of their kitchen time after time.

As locals, my wife and I have long appreciated the food, service and generally friendly setting that Blue Eye Dragon provides. It was therefore a great joy to eat there again now that corvid-related restrictions in NSW have been eased. The food was as good as ever. So grateful that this restaurant has survived this dreadful period.
