Love the set-up, with the bar meets restaurant vibe. Really great options for dietary requirements. The quality of the food is however not consistent, sometimes it's great, and other times it's lacking. It's also a little pricey for the serving size.

Sat outside as weather was perfect , loved the fairy lights! so great to see a busy bustling restaurant. I had the enchiladas great choice delicious BUT, the hero of the night was the watermelon margarita 🍸this is a ‘must try’ if you head down to Benzina! Even though it was busy my meal arrived promptly after ordering & all waiting staff get a gold star ⭐️ this is a great restaurant for any occasion!

The ambiance is great - I love the restaurant's style, and the staff were very friendly despite how busy it was. But for me, the food and cocktails were pretty average. The food is bog standard tex-mex.

Lovely fresh, tasty food. The beef taco was my favourite. We sat down the back and because this was near the door to the rear courtyard it was a little bit cold and we kept our coats on throughout the meal, also seating was stools -so not the most relaxing, comfortable meal but they atmosphere was good and staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Absolutely missed eating here during the shut down and first night back did not disappoint. The fish tacos are beyond amazing 10/10 as alwaysn

Always enjoy dining here! Every time is an enjoyable experience and the food is just amazing!

The food and the waitstaff were great. However disappointed that when the next seating began to arrive they gathered inside and stood at the bar. Hence there was perhaps 80 people now in the restaurant, I had to battle the crowd to pay. Will be back again when social distancing and laws are in place.

Food was amazing as always but the service was very poor. I’ve been many times and it’s always been great but this experience was not.

Tacos are great, have had most of the flavours and yum! Wouldn’t get the nachos ever again, Super salty and just didn’t like them and couldn’t even pick at them.

Food was outstanding. Unfortunately given the weather and lack of heating outside we had to eat and go so a little bummed that the heaters for outdoor patrons weren’t working.

Were not willing to accommodate indoor seating when it was freezing cold outside and below 8 degrees. There were tables inside and the customer service was just down right disgusting. We walked out and did not eat there.

Benzina is my favourite local place to eat! The food is amazing and the staff are warm and friendly. They were busy so our food was delayed but me and my boyfriend had a great night. We love the atmosphere.

Don’t take bookings at 8.15 and rush us through telling us kitchen is closing. Forced to order desert and served it before we’d eaten main course. Disappointed considering the food was good.

Food and service were both great - really friendly staff and the margarita’s were the bomb! Simple, unpretentious but delicious food. The music was fun although a little on the loud side. Highly recommend!

The food is great, really delicious tacos... all the tacos! The vibe is cool, if not a little loud, although it was full so you have to expect that. Staff weren't overly accommodating though... best pop next door to the studio for some yoga to get in a calm frame of mind before starting work perhaps?!? Great food can only be a means to forgive staff with attitude once, so I'd visit again to see if the team vibe is more uplifted, if not, there are plenty of other options in the area
