Good food, smart and friendly environment, good service and amazing dinning experience

The meal was half spilt onto the table when brought to my husband. He asked for a replacement meal but now feels they just put it back together and served it as it was cold. The chips were so salty he couldn't eat them. We will give Barrelhouse a break for a while.

We have become regulars now as we enjoy the food and service thoroughly!

Customer service is a big thing for us, if that's not good, we don't return. Can't fault the people at this place.

Staff are professional and friendly and thr food I'd great just a slight disappointment last time with the steak ordered medium rare but got more well done. But it was still nice, hoping next time it's more rare. The other times were faultless.

Pizza was cold had to send back Chicken burger bun was a hamburger bun from Cole’s and hardly toasted. Chicken tasted good just soggy didn’t have that fried crunch to it.

We love getting a meal at the Barrellhouse. Easy to access and the food is exceptional. The garlic prawns are the best I’ve ever tasted.

Service was slow, 45 minute wait for mains to come after ordering. On one meal steak arrived very dry and burnt on the outside. While they replaced the meal on request, no genuine apology or compensation was offered.

Food was very good and the service was also very prompt

First time visit with Nicki as our waitress - she deserves a big gold star - what an asset to the team.

Everything was fantastic, Service, wait time, food quality all very worthwhile reasons to back again and again, serves alcohol. Plenty of parking. This restaurant is my number one go to place

The service here was pretty much spot on. The head waiter was very friendly, waitresses were attentive & gave good service. The food is excellent, however, with my eye fillet steak, it would have been even nicer if it was cooked for an extra 5 minutes (still a bit red inside). Price paid was good value. Will definitely come back here again.

Deluxe Steak Sandwich was very disappointing considering the $30 price tag the steak was so thin could barely be seen or tasted 4 other guest ordered the same they were all exactly the same. Definitely no value for money can get far better ones cheaper at other venues in the area. The other meals were fine as was the service and drinks

Food was soggy, only just warm when it came out, not sure if you have a new chef but he’s terrible! Pretty disappointing to be honest, it was my daughter’s 14th birthday dinner and was so underwhelming! Waste of money and shit fodd

Group of 4 went. All meals were fresh & tasty - chips cooked to perfection, salad fresh & pizza had good amount of toppings. Staff were friendly and attentive, plates were cleared and returned to check in. Massive menu made it hard to choose, but good value and all meals done well.

Food always really good .service was slow,drinks order was wrong.was offered sweet menu but it didn’t arrive. Have had no complaints in the past.

This is fast becoming one of our favourite go-to places. The service is always friendly and there's so much choice on the menu and all the meals we've had so far have been great! Serving size is excellent and food is always well-cooked and delicious. Price also very reasonable.

Took forever to get our food, That was definitely not a full rack of ribs, my friends at table 2 waited 1.5 hours for cold and raw food. Never will I return

Good and drinks were amazing and staff did all they could for you to make it a fantastic night. It would have helped the service team if they had a few extra bodies help as they were taking orders and making all drinks etc so ran around. This is not to take away from the experience as I will definitely be back.

Reservation didn’t appear on her screen Told us to take table 2 , not shown where it was No water on the table or offered it I wanted a cocktail minus the alcohol suggested one minus the alcohol only to be told she can’t do that She didn’t suggest mocktails which were on the menu that I clearly missed seeing Steak was tough and full of gristle, some serve of chips Not offered deserts or coffees Best thing about our experience was the side salad and leaving ! Would NEVER go back

The restaurant was busy, but we still received prompt and friendly service. The food was delicious and as in the past more than ample. The wait staff would have slept well last night.

Food was yummy and would definitely go again and would recommend to others. Only downfall would be service was a bit slow and staff never checked that things were ok or if we needed anything. Staff were however very friendly. Over all an enjoyable meal.
