Having eaten at Bar Cupola many times over the years I was very disappointed in this visit. The restaurant was cold so we couldn't take off our coats, we were sat next to a busy, noisy table even though most of the restaurant was empty, service was slow, with just one lady on duty, one of the meals was not as ordered, and the food when it finally arrived was lukewarm and definitely wasn't as nice as before. I can appreciate that it must be hard to heat the restaurant but it would have been nice to have been offered rugs (as if we were sitting outside).

I tend to go to Bar Cupola when I want to be able to have a good conversation with the people I'm going with. The space is airy and it's relatively quiet. The food is always good.
Very helpful and friendly service. Food was good but menu selection is much smaller than before.
