Staff were so incredibly warm and food was top notch! Will be back
Poor service and did not value the customers experience -
Lovely food and experience, except I did not appreciate being told 3 times once seated about calling next time to have 1 table booked together. I politely explained to the waitress 3 times that I tried to call twice in the morning and nobody answered. Hence why I had to make 2 bookings. I called again 2 hours before the reservation and finally made the request needed. It should have ended there instead of being lectured again by staff. Very condescending, especially in front of everyone at the table for an event with guests.
Ambience and food quality for traditional Lebanese was below average. A little salty or bland food. The dips were really nice.
We had a lovely dinner - the food was great and great choice of wines. The service was friendly though it was a little hard to get the waiter’s attention at times
Food was amazing definitely would recommend to friends and family. Thanks for having us!
Love this place. Have visited several times now. Service is very good, food is amazing and parking is very close by. Highly recommend.
Really tasty food and lovely atmosphere! The function rooms look really good too!
They were quick and efficient- we had a show on at the riverside and they got the food out quickly. The food was great - definitely recommend.
The staff was rude. They were pushing us to order even though we told them that we were waiting for 2 more members. Their tone was rude too. Did not bring water until we asked for 5 times. We felt we were not welcomed there at all. I wouldn’t recommend anyone this place.
Had to have set menu for a booking of 10 but also then have a 10% surcharge added. Serving a banquet is easier than individual orders. This made the food very overpriced. Nice atmosphere but tables cramped making it loud.
Fantastic food and service 👌 highly recommend here to eat
Pleasant dinner for 5 people. Food was really nice. Music for belly dancer was a little loud, but staff warned us in advance.
Nice meal thanks - Great friendly service. Price was ok-ish.
Fresh, delicious food. Banquet for large group was plentiful. Staff were efficient and food came out quickly after ordering.
Excellent service, vibrant atmosphere, and delicious Lebanese cuisine. Highly recommend ordering the Meshwi Mshakal (Assorted meat skewers). Stay beyond 8pm to enjoy the belly dancing!
It was nice except the aircon wasn’t working well and it was hot and sweaty which had an effect on the overall dining experience. Food was good and so were the cocktails!
Amazing food as always. It was busy and bit noisy as the other tables were fully occupied. Service was timely and all the food came out fairly quickly.
Will definitely go back. While it was a relatively quiet Thursday night, so hard to assess how they would do under pressure of more guests, the attentive staff and size of room makes me think it wouldn't be overwhelmingly noisey and the staff would still check in on you. Food was lovely and good value, even with a drink.
Baba Ghanouj were very accommodating for varying dietary requirements, and were patient with us with ordering ahead. Lovely food, and lovely service!
The portion is very small, even a kid will be hungry.
Lovely evening - amazing food and service. Will return soon.
We ordered 4 mains. 3 of them arrived within reasonable time. The fourth arrived after 3 reminders and when the rest of us had almost finished their meals. We were there for a birthday dinner and it totally ruined the experience for us as one person had to sit and watch the others while waiting for their food. Not coming back here.
The restaurant is beautiful, lovely setting Service was excellent Prices are too high for what you get $29 for 3 dips (maybe 1/3 cup each) and a basket of bread - above the odds Meat was underwhelming 2 adults and 2 children cost us $217!!! Probably wouldn’t return
Amazing place. The decoration it’s really good. Food was amazing and very good serving portions. Service was good too.
Likes this place so much the first time came back again with more friends and the banquet was great.
Food was delicious! Service was also great. I ordered a cocktail and I really didn’t like the taste and it wasn’t how I would have expected it to taste. The bartender instead made me a different cocktail which was delicious! A little bit pricey but most places are these days so not unusual and at least the food is good. Would eat there again.
Great ambience, vibe. Food is on the pricier end. Food quality varied from dish to dish.
Staff could learn to be bit more attentive on one hand to clear plates etc and be bit more discreet whilst waiting for bill to be settled, not hovering.
Great atmosphere, very attentive staff. Food was amazing and good value. Will definitely be back.
Delicious food, fun atmosphere and excellent service. Our group had a great time!
Everything was great except the loud music. It made it really hard to talk to each other
Meals came out fast and were delicious - was a little hard to talk at some points as it was a little noisy. Belly dancing was a nice surprise
Best Lebanese restaurant in Parramatta, if not Sydney. Food was superb, atmosphere was incredible and the friendly prompt service from the wonderful staff was second the none. We especially loved the belly dancer who worked her magic around the tables. We will definitely be back.
Good food and good ambience . Will be back next time.
First time going, and would go back. Service and food was great
Great ambience and decorations. Good service. Food ok; salads, breads, dips great. Skewers average.
Amazing atmosphere and starters were on point Main courses were not top notch but was not bad at all
The food was absolutely delicious. We had 23 guests all together, 2 were gluten free. I made a booking for 24 online with 2 gluten free and when we arrived we still had to arrange more seats. We were also told to make sure we included such details in the online booking, which I had already provided and was confirmed by the venue by email. At $60-$65 a head we received one tray per table of kebabs which meant some guests didn’t get any. And a few bits and pieces. Whilst they were impressive and absolutely delicious… for the amount of money that was charged per head, the amount of food and servings were underestimated. The venue didn’t prepare well enough. However, I would go back because the food was impeccable and the waitstaff were fantastic.
The Food was amazing and so was the atmosphere !
Great food and great ambience. Strongly recommend to anyone who love food
This time round the drinks were delicious - have been very hit or miss in the past. Kibbe nayeh and Sabih cheese fingers were nice but honestly a little bland. Needed more spices and salt to bring it to life. We also had to ask for more fresh chilli as the kibbe nayeh came out with only two tiny slices.
second time ...there will be a third nd forth I'm sure
Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, lovely staff. I felt like I was in Lebanon!
Amazing food, lovely atmosphere. Fast service with nice staff. Worth the trip to parramatta!
Great restaurant in Parramatta and worth the visit for all, the portions are quite filling so it’s easy to enjoy in a group. Will come back again
We had a great time, we will definately be back!
Delicious food, relax and stylist atmosphere. Would definitely eat here again
We arrived a bit earlier than we planned & they happily seated us. The food is AMAZING, the standout being the Kebbeh Meélich & Fattouch.
Food was great, service was speedy, and the belly dancing show was spectacular!
