Aussie Ribs - Fremantle

The server seemed like she didn’t want to be there. All other staff were great. The food was very tasty and atmosphere was not too loud. Overall 7/10.

Food was good, people were good, if I had any negative feeling it would be to wait until starters have been finished before serving mains. Apart from this would recommend

The food was delicious and the service was great. They were very busy, so there was a bit of a wait on the food, but they kept us informed and we had a great night.

Barramundi was fine but you need to tell waitresses it comes with potatoes as we ordered fries as an extra Beef ribs very nice Pork ribs - really dry and not worth half the price so we sent them back and waited for some replacement beef ribs Overall - overpriced for what it is and menu needs more detail of what you get on the plate

Fantastic food with great service. Not noisy like some sports bars, so you can hold a conversation without yelling. Reasonable prices for the quality. Will be back!

We were so keen to visit Aussie Ribs after seeing a viral tik-tok video. We live down south & travelled to Freo for our meal - only to be left feeling awkward & underwhelmed. The server that met us upon arrival was great - he was friendly & welcoming, great service. Upon receiving our first drinks, a female server came to take our order - however this was an awkward experience. She asked how we were, we replied “good thank you, how are you?” - to which we received a barrage of frustration that she had been experiencing all week regarding parking next door, then telling us that she was going to “be taking home a bottle of wine from this place after the week I’ve had”. We looked at each other, then back at her, not really knowing what to say. She then stopped, and said “well anyway, that’s my rant for the day - what would you like to order?”. Before we could reply, she then started commenting on my wife’s hair, adding the comment of “I don’t normally like people with straight hair, but it suits you”. Once again, very awkward and unprofessional. Our food arrived, and the ribs we received were dry and tough, with grissle. The chips were also like warm and not fresh. Overall, our experience was not enjoyable - with us both feeling like we had come a long way to experience unprofessional service (excluding the server at the start - as mentioned, he was fantastic), and food that - given it is a rib house - was not quality. Very disappointed & sorry to say that we will not be returning, and do not recommend.

Was amazing. 5 star service and 5 star food. Bigger servings than Ascot location. Would definitely be making the drive to Fremantle again

Had an amazing time for my birthday, the food was absolutely mouthwatering and so delicious and the customer service was exceptional and I even got two free drinks and they sung me happy Birthday as a surprise 😁

Lovely atmosphere and clean amenities. Decor really cool and staff extremely friendly. Will definitely return.

Thanks very much to the Aussie Ribs team. We celebrated 4 birthdays at one lunch and they were really lovely accomodating the cake and helping with everything we need. I really appreciated it.

To start, our waitperson, Ash, was excellent. The restaurant was very busy and Ash breezed through the evening. Very impressed with how well she did it. The food was delicious. There were 12 people in our group, we all had different meals & all thoroughly enjoyed them. Nice to order a medium rare steak & have it actually come out medium rare. I thought the prices were quite reasonable compared to similar restaurants. We had a wonderful night.

Worst experience. Drinks took 1/2 hour to come out. Wine and beer. Food came out bit by bit and the staff kept telling us “it’s a shambles in the kitchen”. Was looking forward to having the $50 ribs. At $50 I thought they would be amazing. Could not eat them. Everyone’s food was awful. Service was diabolical. Then got over charged by $110. Do not eat there!!!! And if you do eat there, CHECK YOUR BILL!!!

During peak time we were kindly attended to and thanked for our patience. The food is amazing and servings are fulfilling.

Lamb ribs were not cooked all the way through, garlic prawns were bland and sauce was like glue, steak sandwich was bland, pork belly bites and chicken wings were tasty, over priced for less than average food

The staff were so friendly and the food was yummy. We dined at the Fremantle restaurant and it was spacious, clean and the background music was at just the right level! We ordered a Ribs share plate with pork and beef ribs - so yummy! The beef and pork ribs were amazing, and the chicken wings were so good! We had the slaw and chips as sides - while there wasn’t an abundance of chips, there was enough to complement the share platter, and as a family of 5, it was the perfect amount of food. I tried a pint of the house beer and it tasted great. The kids had a jug of lemon lime and bitters, while the boss had a gin and soda. Overall we were really happy with the experience. The location is easy to get to and is conveniently located next to the Millennium Movie Theatres - so it would be a great place to catch up with friends before or after a movie! We’ll be back there for sure 👌🏻

Steak was overcooked and by the time I got another one my partner had finished her dinner. I requested broccolini or salad instead of chips as I have an allergy to potatoes which they told me I would have to pay extra for if I wanted it.

Meals were tasty, generous and served quickly. A very pleasant experience.

The overall experience was very disappointing, I have been there a few times since they opened and the service and ribs/steaks were excellent and could not complain but tonight’s experience and quality of food was less than satisfactory. Portions were a lot smaller, some of the food was cold, pork ribs were not marinated and over cooked. We returned one meal due to the above and didn’t get a replacement until after everyone had finished their meals so had to take it home. No compensation offered, not even a comp drink. A pre-Christmas family dinner was not the best unfortunately

Service was excellent, ribs were great and the buffalo wings were the best I've tasted.

Duty manager Ash and her team were welcoming from the get go. Ash was so attentive all evening and accommodating to our individual needs. My staff Christmas party was the best we have ever had, with the staff rating it 100/10. The food was amazing and really great value for money. We will be back for all our events. :)

It may have been a bit busy and only 2 wait staff, but the food was amazing, the service was great and was a lovely birthday celebration with my family.

We came down for a lunch and mentioned it was a birthday. No acknowledgement of the event and not even a happy birthday to the guest. Female server was not happy when we asked for 5 mins extra to choose off the menu. The look was unimpressed. Oh and there was one other table inside who had been there a while so not exactly busy. Service was dull and food was ok. No check to see if food was ok and they only cleared 3 out of 4 plates away. The 4th had napkins on top and was pretty much finished so unsure why no one came back. When looking to pay the bill no service or check on us and we could have easily walked out and you would not have known. Full atmosphere, appalling service (if you can call it that). Will certainly not recommend or ever come back. Perhaps you guys should train your staff on good service.

First time at this rib house, had the beef ribs and they were perfect. Will be back for sure to try all dishes.

Probably the best ribs I’ve had. Huge serving, nice staff, great atmosphere.
