Aussie Ribs - Fremantle

First time at this rib house, had the beef ribs and they were perfect. Will be back for sure to try all dishes.

Probably the best ribs I’ve had. Huge serving, nice staff, great atmosphere.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and we'll be back.

Ribs are over priced, and not amazing. Burger and wings were good. Service needs to be worked on. The restaurant was near empty yet we felt rushed. We went because of the Ribs, they were the least impressive meal. No need for TV's to be on, distracts kids from family meal times

First time visit and the food was Fantastic as was the service. The portion was for us large and we where thankful we ordered i dish plus a starter. The bruschetta was great and the Wings and Ribs super juicey. We will be back

Food is ok, service is terrible. To have to pay as you go and not run up a tab is ridiculous. The restaurant will not boom if it doesn’t trust its customers. I wouldn’t have bothered booking in the 1st place if I knew it wasn’t table service. Service was probably the poorest I have ever experienced and I eat out at least 3x a week. Toilets were filthy, with no hand soap or tissues. Only been open a week or so. Will need to fix this stuff up quickly in order to succeed

First of all they gave out table away that we had a booking for, which was not common. We waited 15mins before the waiter can an took our order and then we had pay right away(which is bazaar), our Cocktails we ordered didn’t come out as we wanted it and what it should be like- Mango Daiquiri(which should be a slushy drink) was very liquid base so not what we thought it would. Went to Complain but they couldn’t understand what was wrong with and no approved Drinks manager on shift. Overall after waiting and 1hr for our food, it was tasty and good. Service needs to be better, organisation skills on how to run a busy lunch session needs to be better.

Nice location, friendly staff and good food. Will be back again in the future. They were great in accommodating our son's birthday and held the cake until after we had eaten. Thank you.

They brought the food so late and we left half eaten Trying to grab the workers attention was impossible

Service was amazing! Clean, modern restaurant with lots to look at. Stopped in and needed a fast meal before the Freo Prison night tour. Service was fast and friendly! Will return when we have more time.

Amazing venue, food and staff. Looking forward to heading back there again soon!

The staff didn’t appear familiar with the menu and ordering system, full table service but never returned to sell more drinks while we waited over 30 min for meals. One meal was very late (forgotten) resulting in an offer to comp one drink off our bill. The meals were good but not great.

Were slow to take Our orders. Didn’t come back to see if we needed anymore drinks. Steaks were a bit tough, considering they were meant to be Waygu. Had a hair in one of the dinners. Asked for mashed potatoes and got mushroom sauce instead. Best meal was the rib burger. Won’t be rushing back.

Food and service was amazing. Would recommend 10 out of 10

Great food and service. Ribs, Parmi, steak sandwich all delicious.

Ordered a share platter and it was great for 3 people (if you are not big eaters) We had brushetta to start. Food was top notch and drinks well priced compared to many other venues

The wagu steak was amazing and the staff were great.

Was well worth a visit, the food is really good quality, best chicken wings I have had. The steak was cooked amazingly.

Our menu had pages missing, they got 2 out of 4 drinks wrong. They reached over people whilst eating to collect glasses. Poor English from waitress had to repeat numerous times what we wanted before she got it right.

Absolutely terrible, waited 45 minutes for drinks. Only 3 people received meals with the 4th one nowhere to be seen. Absolute shit show and will never return! Don’t bother wasting your time!!

Food was good. Steaks cooked exactly as requested. Beef ribs were a favourite over our usual preferred pork. Missing a few touches - no tomato ketchup or mustard on the table, had to request water but first week open. Nice touch dad was given a beer mug for Father’s Day.

We never made it to our table. When we arrived at the restaurant we observed management and staff members arguing and it was complete chaos. When we asked for our reserved table we were asked to wait as there were no tables available. We then decided to leave. We might have stuck it out if the staff weren’t rude.

90 minute wait for food..toilets were gross. Food was ok but not hot.

Won't be back for a while until the staff have the ducks in a row and know the ropes very chaotic, not aware of menu..... 4 wait staff to tell me regarding allergies and still confused but they were very pleasant and attentive. More expensive in comparison to other rib/steak restaurants, we only had baby back ribs and they weren't the best but may improve over time. Toilets need improving regarding cleanliness. Feels like a large franchise restaurant, great location to other activities in Freo.

One off our meals didn’t like but I had the steak and beef rib combo awesome

The service was great, enjoyed our meals which came out without having to wait too long. The aesthetics of the restaurant was really nice and comfortable
