Very nice ambiance and excellent service. Food was nice and reasonably priced.
Absolutely loved it! I grew up in the middle east and the food just transported me back to my childhood. Highly recommended!
Very good hospitality espically sediq, good dinner and clean facility
Food was delicious. I had prebooked a table, however nothing set aside and tables had to be placed together. Thankfully we have been before and knew the drill with the QR code, as we had no customer service at all to explain anything. The lack of customer service was limited and disappointing, but food so tasty!
Exceptional service, beautiful traditional food that hits the spot everything.
Everything was excellent! We were 12 people & one was a baby in a pram. Arabesque found a table for us where we could put the pram at the end of the table & it didn't get in the way. The food was excellent, huge portions, lovely atmosphere, beautiful music (not Live) of someone playing the Oud. Waitstaff were very nice. I'll definitely be going back!
Good restaurant with good food, good portion and good service. I recommend this for dining out with family or friends.
Amazing food - great portions, great price and absolutely delicious!!!😋
The food was amazing and delicious. The service was terrible. The first time I tried to wave the wait staff (Indian bloke) he waved back at me and did not get back at me to check what I needed. The other wait staff finally took our order and was quick to run after placing our order. We have to follow up on our drinks to get them. Thankfully the food was delicious. We had better experience in the Shisha lounge upstairs as we were looked after better. Saddiq was amazing. While we were upstairs, I went down to order coffee and tea and again, we have to wait more than 30 minutes, I have to go downstairs to follow up on this order. When I went down, no one is making my order. That’s the only disappointment to an otherwise amazing night.
Food was fantastic and really fresh. Really authentic flavours from the Levant. Never disappointment regardless how busy. They had 3 tables of 12-15 guests at the same time and were able to keep us going with complimentary bowels of chips because we had to wait 10 more minutes than usual. Barely long. Great service. 10/10
Arabesque is an amazing restaurant. The food is absolutely delicious. This was the second time our family has dined here and we can’t wait to come back again. Simply beautiful
The Food was uncooked, meat was tough, worest experience ever,
Food was getting late to come, we had to wait for a while until the foods arrived
Relaxing cosy atmosphere. Food was really good with a wide spread. Good portion sizes. Excellent service. We will come back again.
I tried to walk in on a Sunday night, and was told they had no tables until more than an hour later even for one person, and refused to serve takeaway. First time I had seen a non fine dining restaurant refuse takeaway, but fair enough I respect that. I promptly reserved a table for two days later. Google says they are open Tuesday nights. Restaurant was not even open on the reserved date and time, yet they did not bother contacting me to cancel reservation. I’ve had their food before, and whilst quality was amazing, they deserve zero stars for non-existent customer service. Definitely do not recommend and will warn everyone I know from going to avoid disappointment.
Tasty food worth the busy hours wait. Ran short of some items
The best Middle Eastern cuisine ever in Melbourne. The Manager Siddiq is an amazing person, superb customer service and the head chef and all other chefs are so so perfect that they make the perfect team. The food is 100%authentic and it amazes me more and more everytime we go there. Hats off to you guys. Keep it up.
Food was too oily kids got sick after eating too much oil
I’m from Kuwait and really miss Arabian food and when I was searching for an Authentic restaurant arabesque was the answer!
We always enjoy dining in this restaurant. Please make sure you book in advance specially for big groups as its booked most of the time.
The dishes from the grill needs improvement. The lamb chops were raw inside and cold as stone when served. They need to serve them hot and cooked throughly. The shawarma was good, taste was almost similar to Middle East.
Speedy service great food lots of variety too thank you
Delicious authentic food! Highly recommend, will return to try other dishes.
An exciting visit, lovely food, great staff. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Atmospheric and attractive venue, generous food quantities but some of our party not impressed with the quality. Also the payment method was cumbersome in having to go to the counter to collect the bill as each of our party wanted to pay her own share. We had to ask for the bill to be brought to our table and it seemed a problem to do that.
Nice experience. Great food. will recommend a friend and dine again
Clean place and interesting items to choose from 😃😃😃 friends like it
Food was terrible. Staff never came to Check why customers leaving whole food.
Hospitality was below average. We are 14 people no one taking care of us. Good was average and drinks were so good.
Loved the food! The main courses were very generous probably shared by two but the appetisers were very small! We ordered vine leaves and only three pieces on the plate! My main criticism is the fact the restaurant is a Jordanian cuisine however not one person that works there spoke arabic! It was a bit disappointing!
First time dinning. Very enjoyable indeed. Wil be back !
Wasn’t as expected but was good . The environment was nyc.
Lovely Restaurant and amazing atmosphere, always gets me coming back!
Perfect! My favourite go-to place hands down, lovely experience every time
I had a good think whether i wanted to review this restaurant. I usually wouldn’t care but I think that it’s important for other diners to know how the experience was. I booked it to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a Saturday and they called me to tell me that it will be buffet instead of a la carte. I was told that only the best menus are selected to be placed on the buffet. I thought let’s give it a shot. The place looks good but when the buffet was ready at 6, everyone lined up to get the food! It almost felt like you are lining up in a prison for food! The buffet was poorly placed in a corner where everybody was on top of each other to get food. When it was our turn to get the food, the whole laddle was in one of the dishes and instead of changing the whole bain marie, the waiter just wiped the laddle and added more meat to the bain marie! This absolutely disgusted us! So if someone had covid and touched the laddle, everyone will get it! The food itself was very blend. The meat had no taste and every mouthful was a struggle. I was soo disappointed that i chosen this restaurant over Maha for my husband birthday. I have never been so embarrassed and disappointed for my husband! We didn’t want to wait for desert and left halfway to go for deserts in a different venue.I wonder how this restaurant got good reviews. Are the reviews even real?
