We were there to celebrate a birthday and got a really good table. Nice and cozy. Our waiter was really friendly. Food was amazing especially the shish sharing plate. Nothing bad to say about the food at all.

Alex and Co was a fantastic experience! So affordable, and delicious! The atmosphere and the service was 200%! Our server made our evening enjoyable and fun! It was our first time dining there for my Birthday and we will definitely be back soon!

Very poor service The food was extremely disappointing, small portions, particularly for the excessive prices It looked like packet food that we could of had home We originally came when it first opened but the overall quality has dropped and we won’t be coming back or recommending anyone else to go there

The food was pretty good - but definitely on the pricier side considering what you get. The wait stuff were overly enthusiastic and a bit over the top - but the wait times were still long. The worst part for us, is that whilst trying to eat, drink and speak with our friends - the music was as loud as a club. It was bizarre as majority of the people were there to have dinner. This ruined the atmosphere for us because we then had to just eat in silence cos couldn't be bothered yelling over the top of the music.

It’s a nice place overall, but is rather loud and busy feeling. Won’t have the nice “intimate” feeling of some restaurants. My wife had a chicken dish, I had a steak. It was well presented and overall tasted reasonably nice, though certainly not the best steak I’ve ever tasted. Usually when ordering a something like a steak you expect to have to wait longer than for some other meals, was surprised at how quickly it came. It did feel like maybe it was cooked slightly too quickly, it wasn’t evenly cooked and had slightly more toughness too it than I’d expect from a top restaurant. For dessert I had the “Brownie Bomb Alaska”. I must admit to being a bit disappointed. Presentation wasn’t great, the ice cream had largely melted by the time it came, the brownie was quite hard and the meringue had a bit too much of a burnt taste to it. My wife had the vanilla panna cotta and said it was really nice. Though the ice cream felt unnecessary. Overall we had a nice evening, but was a little disappointed with what we thought was going to be somewhere really nice.

Had a fantastic time overall. We ordered the pizza, fattoush salad, halloumi and seasoned fries - all were excellent, and the red sangria was the best I've ever had. We had reservations and were seated right away. The music playlist was great, however the noise level was so high that conversation was difficult. Also luckily we checked our bill as there were 3 extra items that had been added by mistake. Otherwise I would definitely return. I would just request a table in a quieter section.

The pizzas were nice, flatbread was good too. Staff were friendly but couldn’t remember our order. Music was too loud for a dinner service!

Great service. Really cool vibes and amazing food. The pizza is a must try!! Seafood was cooked to perfection. Highlight was the cocktails, particuarly the Mediterranean G&T.

Great service fantastic food. Lamb salad was so fresh and the pizza was amazing, unable to eat it all. However also managed to try to 19 layer chocolate cake which is enough to feed 4people. Great place will definitely go back!

Great atmosphere. Unfortunately there was a 45 min wait to get out food. I watched two out of three of our meals(breakfast) just sitting on the counter for 10 mins.

Service was slow to start, we sat down and not even asked if we would like water for the table. We had to ask for it and when served, it was left on the table to serve ourselves. We ordered food and before we could even ask for the drinks menu to order, the waiter had just walked off. I understand that it was Valentine's Day and the restaurant was busy but paying a set menu at $55, you would expect better service.

The service was slow, the food was under cooked and they got our order wrong. I don't know how that's possible when you have set menu but they managed it.

Went there twice tried dinner on Friday night loved it yummy food, quick service and very attentive staff, so we decided to go for breakfast and it was just as yummy 😊

It was a busy night but they had a set menu to manage it. However food came out in the wrong order, senior wait staff were ignoring diners, hard to get any service from anyone... over priced for service received.

Reserved a table, only to be sat in the sun, plenty of other tables. Asked if we would like water and bought a hot bottle of still water stuck in a bucket of ice. Asked for cold water and told that's the way it is. Had to chase up drinks order. Never again on principle.

Good food, good service. Not in a hurry to go back though. Felt a bit like you were on a production line, but we had a fun night.

Such amazing and fresh tasting food, and excellent service. However, only downfall is the music. I understand that half of this place is “a bar,” but music shouldn’t be that loud until later in the evening, once the restaurant closes. They need to be considerate and think about those who just want a nice meal, rather than getting drunk in the bar section. So if you want a quiet place to eat, this is not the place to go.

Entrée and mains were superb, deserts not so great with pancakes dry and not freshly made. Service was good but with 4 people serving us it was difficult to keep track of who was looking after what fro us so double ups on drinks were made at our expense.

Food and service was excellent. I was worried due to some bad reviews. But food was above excellent and service great! Good atmosphere went during happy hour for cheap cocktails. More of a variety would be better.

(Waiter/front desk girls - great 10/10) The dead aircon on a 45° day - 0 The extremely expensive steak & prawn skewer that was overcooked - 0 The drinks & view were nice but don't make up for leaving hungry & feeling like you overpaid for it - 3 I get that you're in a nice location in Parra, but if you're going to have high prices the food has to be worth it.

We waited for more than 50 min for 2 pizzas to arrive and when they arrived the crust was burnt. Others finished eating at the table even some of my guests left and we were still waiting for the pizzas. Food was good but I have eating better quality for a lot less money
