Food was amazing as always.. so tasty as well as plentiful
I’m sure it’s usually lovely but tonight the meals came out in dribs and drabs. The place was not busy so I feel there might have been a staff shortage in the kitchen. The waitress was very sweet. I would go again.
$5 for a soft drink (if indeed you get a full can because you don’t see it) is crazy. I realise it’s up to the customer to decide if they want a drink but it limits you to one only at that price. Maybe cheaper would encourage someone to buy another. A half an hour between ordering and the arrival of entree. We were only one of two tables at the time of ordering. Once our entree came out other tables who came in after us seemed to get theirs much faster. And then the finale. The chicken katsu. It tasted really bad. Once we had each had three pieces we decided to leave. NOT ONE QUESTION as to why we were leaving without finishing. The waitress who gave me the account misunderstood it when I said it was bad; she said “oh good”. I said no not good but bad. AND NOTHING. Wasted $110 on a bad meal. Not an offer off because of our poor meal and service. Not only did it leave a bad taste the meal but the service did to. You need to have staff that speak and understand English. Don’t think we will be returning or recommending anyone to come to you after such a poor experience. Spare money to come out for dinner is very hard to come by these days ; abd us almost a luxury and now we have wasted $110 on a bad meal and experience.
