My local stomping ground for thai cuisine in Hornsby, good value

The restaurant was busy for Valentine’s Day, we didn’t have to wait long, the food was great and the staff were amazing.

We had a large group booked - the food, service and value was absolutely fantastic!!! The staff were so friendly -Highly recommend this restaurant

Nice open dining room, it was quiet the night we dined, with only 2 other tables, Food was delicious, with the most fragrant and flavoured panang curry! Will definitely dine here again.

The customer service was great and food was excellent. We were even offered by the restaurant to move tables due to the noise of another large group (we had not raised this).

This is the second year we have held our end of year Christmas dinner there. Everything is amazing but the lack of air conditioning at this time of year was not ideal.

The food was good and we didn't have to wait too long for the food. Just one suggestion for the massman curry, we thought that the potato would come in chunks rather than in mash so that we could enjoy the curry sauce. But the curry sauce was soaked up by the mash potato so we couldn't really taste the curry sauceon it's own. .

We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, the food was very delicious, and the price was very reasonable. Restaurant was clean and chairs comfortable. Wait staff good. We were a group of six and consequently we ordered several dishes to share amongst ourselves. We realised too late to do anything about it (we had already eaten most of the particular dish of food), that they had made a mistake with one of the orders and we had been given a different dish to what we had actually ordered. But we enjoyed it anyway.

The staff are very nice. The dessert looks nice in pictures but not when are serving. We are very disappointed with the desserts.

Food was good, but there was a group who were very noisy, when I asked the restaurant person to sit in the other side , I was told not to. During the whole dinner, the noise was unbearable and we couldn’t enjoy the food at all

Saturday night before rsl show...arrived 6.18pm, by 6.45pm very noisey, I feel they are packing more people in. Sat in street side section, would prefer towards rear...toilets could be quieter. Server had trouble understanding.

Only one waitress and one barman. Not enough for the size of the restaurant, which was about half full. We didn't stay. Won't be going to Absolute Thai again

Early dinner before a movie - great service & good food. We made some new choices and would probably not order the pineapple rice again, but everything else was terrific.

Very good quality Thai food at competitive prices. Hard surfaces (tiled floor) make it a very noisy restaurant.
