Always consistent. Ate with vegetarian friends and there was enough variety of dishes to not order meat or fish. Staff are always welcoming and friendly.
Service and food were both fantastic. We ordered a mixture of dishes to share and all were very high quality. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
The food is delicious but the service is not the good as I expected to be. They serve the food late and it took a while stand front of the restaurant to make you a seat.
Very good meal with friendly service. Had to remind them about drinks ordered on a couple of occasions but they were busy so totally understood. Wines are reasonably priced. Good to have this as a local.
Always consistent.....great fresh food, warm and friendly staff and at reasonable prices. Umpteenth time I have been there and never had a bad meal. Everyone I have introduced to this restaurant always goes back.
Great dinner out, the food was of exceptional quality and the staff were also friendly and attentive. Nothing was a problem and we will definitely go back!
Fantastic service and food! Would recommend to come and dine here
Good service. We had the $55.00 banquet and the food was fresh and delicious. The best Lebanese We've had for sometime . I will definitely eat there again.
Excellent food and great atmosphere, very friendly staff, loved the set menu and variety of choices, surcharging the mazas (entrée), highly recommended for families and friends
Excellently prepared and presented food and really great service. We enjoyed a very long and very relaxed lunch in the most pleasant of surroundings. Highly recommend.
Unejoyable experience. We went as a group of 5 for my sisters birthday, 4 of us ordered the big banquet and 1 ordered his own main meal as he's a vegetarian.., but they wouldn't allow it. We had to either all order banquets or all order main meals,, absolutely ridiculous considering we are paying for 5 dinners anyway & minimum banquet was 4 which we had. We considered walking out but we had already ordered a bottle of wine which was opened for us. We ended up ordering separate meals, 2 of which were missing potatoes on the plate. Management was rude, Our seating was horrible I was facing a coffee machine, very loud atmosphere we were shouting to be heard & I burnt my fingers on piping hot metal skewers on my plate. There were no apologies, just a glass of ice for my fingers. Food was well below average & took over an hour, it was pretty much meat and garlic dip for all. It was our first & definitely last visit. We walked down the street and had our coffees and desserts elsewhere.
Amazing food full of flavour and a wonderful atmosphere and service. The banquet ensured that there was more than plenty of food to go around
We love this place from the day it has opened 5 years ago. It hasn't changed a bit which is a very good thing. The food is constantly great and stuff is welcoming and helpful. You won't be disappointed.
Understaffed, overpriced and the banquet/food was below average. The one waiter serving nine tables was rude, Absolutely disappointed and never going back there again ever!!
I have really enjoyed my experiences at Zurouna! I ate at Zurouna for the first time about 3 weeks ago with some girlfriends without reading any reviews and had a wonderful experience. So 3 weeks down the track, I suggested it for dinner with another friend because I really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere! The service has always been exceptionally polite and helpful, the food has been absolutely delicious and moreish! I love that you can choose to have a tapas style meal or a main meal! The Fattoush is a must-have, the Baba Ghanoush is the perfect way to start and the Samke Harra is devine! Oh and the Grilled Calamari - Brilliant! I will definitely be back for more!
Service a bit intrusive-- cleaning up the table ten seconds after finishing: they make you feel like you have to go, exactly what you won't feel like at a lebanese restaurant. I won't return
