Always love the food; Fridays, though, they're under the gun and you don't want to be in a later sitting

Food is always great - but service continually lets the restaurant down. We had to order and pay separately as a large group - and food was served 30-40 minutes apart in a group of 12.

Enter was cold, wrong main course cause me and my partner to eat at separate times. Wrong wine brought to me, white instead of red. Staff were nice enough if not competent.

We had a group of 13, but edited our reservation from 12 to 10, and then just showed up with 13 people. They were very accomodating and food was quickly served.

Love the food and service but the noise levels at times is pretty bad and it can be hard to hear the person over from you. Tough one to fix but not going to stop me from coming.

Extremely slow service, we waited 45 minutes for the first plate of food. Then they forgot half of our order and we had to ask three different waiters for the food, which we waited at least another 30 minutes for. They did not even offer to give us a discount or complimentary drinks.

Yuzu combines great food and service with a great lunchtime vibe. The Ramen noodles with pork was highlight.

As always, prompt and professional, particularly when providing guidance on gluten free options. And, surprisingly cheap - hardly dearer than buying Japanese take out at the chain across the lane

1) Food is tasty and fresh (very nice 10/10)l HOWEVER expensive for what you get. The serving size is small. Large bowls and plates to trick you but the serving is small (4/10). 2) Wouldn't recommend going on a Friday as it was really busy and noisy. Couldn't hear my lunch guest so we ended up eating quickly and leaving due to noise. 3) Hot, air conditioning needs to be looked it. Overall experience was good. Next time I wouldn't go on a FRIDAY and in Summer (more of a Winter venue) Due to the cost and small size of the meal - I probably wouldn't go back.

An excellent restaurant, food was well prepared & delicious, staff were very attentive, efficient and polite. Our order was taken soon after arrival, with all questions answered satisfactorily. Food arrived promptly, could not fault the service in any way. The only drawback was a very noisy background due to absence of soft furnishings. Plan to go again.

Not sure what happened to this restaurant, but we were rely disappointed. Aot of us had been here before on numerous occasions and always had a pleasant experience. We all waited so long for our food. It was very strange that the same dishes were ordered, but one person got theirs first and the other had to wait another half an hour. The 40 minute wait for three souffles was also beyond disappointing. And then only 2 came out. We left and could not be bothered to wait for the third. Appreciate the restaurant offering the souffles on the house. However, would have appreciated more if we were told how long we had to wait. We spent nearly 3 hours in total for dinner..

I have always loved the place. It is my usual get together restaurant now if nothing else new to try. Sashimi is always fresh and nice.

Super busy at lunch time with a good variety of food. Happy hour at dinner time is better value, but the food is always great.

delicious, authentic food, served quickly, and friendly staff, will definitely be back. We had Gyoza, California rolls, Scallops, Skewers mix, Crumbed chicken, Beef Nikita (or something like that!!) and all were great

We've been to those restaurant several times now and are always impressed by the quality of food. It's a nice relaxed vibe as well and not very busy since it is set back from the road. Recommended.

We were greeted by friendly staff and they were very helpful with our small children. The atmosphere was great and we loved the happy hour on cocktails before 7pm!

Very cosy and modern with very delicious food. The best ramen I ever had! Would highly recommend and definitely coming back. Also great bar selection with super friendly staff.
