Great atmosphere and setting with good quality ingredients to match
Friendly staff, clean, , good foods, good design , parking is fairly easy.
Amazing atmosphere. Great mushroom broth. Really good service overall. Went for mothers day and got a rose at the end :)
Best hotpot in Sydney. Great food and service!! Will definitely come back.
Simply excellent 👍 well done service ambiance feels like HK
Good hot pot. But prefer to have more fresh fish balls and not frozen one
The dining chair is too close to the table and uncomfortable. During the 2 hours dinner time the last order was after 1 hour 20 minutes it was too short to my family. I chose tomato and mushroom mixed soup the tomato soup was great and it is very good staff kept refill it. Personnel induction with Chinese so I can not control myself and I bunt a little bit of my mouth. It is much closer than one dollar in the china town from my house which is one reason I’d like to come back but hope they upgrade that I mentioned earlier.
good taste, good service, acceptable price. Will go next time
Good food, fresh, but it was a bit over priced.
Food was great. However, the meat has arrived at the very end. Totally understood it takes time to cut and present on the plate. If it could be a bit earlier, that will be perfect.
We will definitely will come back again. Very happy with the service
The decoration was amazing, so we had hot pot there with nice ambience. The ordering system was modern and fast. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly.
Great food. Beautiful interior and really nice atmosphere. The restaurant is themed like a Chinese village complete with Lanterns and a beautifully painted sky on the ceiling. Kids will love it!
The restaurant offer friendly staffs, good food and good service. A lot of parking spaces make it very convenient for customers. Prices are a bit expensive
The food is good, hotpot soup is delicous, friendly staff and very beautiful restaurant with great decoration, one of the best Chinese hotpot in town
Very nice decor and food all served quickly after ordered via touchscreen pad. Attentive services. Can't say food are top notch but above average. A little higher price tag compared to hot pot places around the area.
the excellent service very nice food good atmosphere highly recommend ...
Good choice of food. Fast service and efficient ! Loved the chicken and mushroom soup base ! Definitely recommend to friends, will be back !
This restaurant is about the full experience. The service makes you feel like royalty. When you order via the touchscreen at each table the dishes come out quickly. The mini hotpot system allows each guest to choose their own soup base and ensures every bite is hot and freshly cooked right up until the end of the meal. It also means that this hotpot system isn’t a lucky dip, like in shares hotspots, where your food inevitably gets mixed up with and taken by some else. What you put in your mini hotpot stays there until you choose to retrieve it. There is a very large variety of soup bases to choose from and you each guest can elect for a single soup or a soup duo. The ingredients are very high quality. But the ability to make and customise your own sauces from a huge selection of ingredients really stands out, and makes this a unique eating experience.
The restaurant has very nice Decor. Food is fresh and hot pot is really good. And the location is convenience. There is a big car park nearby.
Personally I think it is the best hotpot place in Sydney. Great service with good food. The decor is amazing too. Will def going back.
