We had a semi large table of guests, i found it was very difficult to get some of the servers attention. Some of the dishes going out were not even offered to our table which was very disappointing for some of the girls.

We were disappointed that there was no trolley service as we hadn’t been for a while and didn’t realise it’s only Thursday nights. We may not come back. ☹️

4 and a half! Service was very good, once we had a staff member who spoke good English. The salt and pepper quails were fantastic....crunchy on the outside but moist and tasty inside however there was too much chilli, that we weren't expecting, will ask the kitchen to "hold" the chilli next time :) Our deep fried duck with plum sauce was delicious too, crunchy skin and no fat....well done!

We got served a fish dish, that was off, the fish was bad, we were seek the day after. we will not go back. we use to go to this restaurant and we have never had this problem, but my health is very important to me.

Very poor service even though place only quarter full. Doesn’t show billed items before you pay .Food taste reheated from Asian supermarket.Uae cracked teapot spout.

Service was friendly and efficient. Was a busy night so food took a little while to come out. But was well worth it. All hot fresh and so delicious.

Waiting for a table was the only ordinary part of the experience. Which isn't unusual as its is very popular and the food and staff are great. Will go back again.

Yum Cha was ok but other foods are very salty and oily. Drinks are a bit expensive. Have to wait for a long time for the none Yum Cha food to come out.

Food great but table booking was not done so ended in a small table with 8 people after I booked a round table But still th food is good as usual

Food was perfect. Staff were very attentive. Will definitely go again. The food trolleys were going around constantly with plenty to choose from. My friend wanted a sweet & sour dish & that was not a problem & was delivered promptly.

Very efficient service. Our meal purchased using a voucher was great value for money. Our favourite item was the main meal of sizzling mongolian lamb with onion accompanied by excellent steamed vegetables and a beef mince with lettuce fried rice. Surprisingly good. And our Hardys wines were equally pleasant.

Used a groupon for 9 course yum cha, staff were attentive and food was great. Entrees and main course came out at a good pace, very full by the end of the meal - will definitely be back

Not impressed about getting asked to leave when we had just finished our lunch. We were told you only get an hour. And we had only been seated for 45mins. Not impressed not good customer service. Only care about how much money they can make.

Having grown up in Hong Kong it is very special to be able to enjoy really good authentic Chinese food. Yum Cha provides that along with the setting an energy that takes you back to the orient for an evening

Different service during doffernt times of day Great people who do service and ample flow of service. Dumplimgs are delish, but the crB is even better

The food is nice, dim sum is great. It would be nice to have more variety for the choices in dim sum selection. My family enjoyed it.

Excellent in the past, been many times but tonight was not good experience. Drinks ordered and had to ask twice for them to come. Main meal served after we had been there an hour. Order was incorrect, instead of 2 entrees we were brought 8 and subsequently charged for it paying the bill. Plates left on table for half hour and no one around to take payment for meal when we left. Very disappointed since we recommended this place and brought our friends who have said they aren’t interested in going there again

Good quantity of food. Chicken satay is a good try for the chicken itself and an interesting satay sauce. Go with Groupon deal, its good value

We went on a Monday night. It was a really peaceful atmosphere. The wait-staff were very attentive and helpful. The quality of the food was good. I'm sure they do a roaring trade on the weekends!

Very friendly staff, quick service, delicious food and they were really accommodating with my baby. They also sang happy birthday to my dad and put sparklers on his cake without even being asked which was so lovely! Will definitely be coming back

Customer service is good and dim sums quality is not bad. I will definitely visit again and try some other kinds of dim sums. A good yum cha place.

Selections were good, as usual. The sun - a little too bright sitting at the banquettes near the large windows - would recommend sitting elsewhere for lunch unless you like eating with your sunnies on. Service was very good - they check to see if you're ok regularly and were prompt and there seems to be an increased number of better english speaking staff..?

We had the 10 course banquet for 2 and it was more than enough food. Quality and taste was pretty good. Sweet and sour pork was a standout. We would happily return. The service was quick but fairly impersonal.

Incredible value, so much tasty food that we couldn't eat it all and we brought the remainder back in a doggy back and I enjoyed it for lunch at work the next day.
