Great food, great vibe and friendly staff. I've been to Italy and the food at Ventuno reminded me of Venice, overlooking the finger wharfs and having a true Italian meal.

Sat outside with view over the water. Perfect atmosphere and quiet.

One of our 9 hadn't got his beer after 30mins so had to go to the bar to ask for it. The other comment was that if the staff took the orders and brought the food as quickly as they took the dirty stuff away that would be good. We were due at Ros Packer at 7.30. Having arrived at 6pm we were pushing to get out by 7.20.

Really, fresh quality food and good service!! Had some great drinks celebrating our anniversary and loved the Oso Bucco and pasta!!!

EXCELLENT FOOD, PIPING HOT. HAD TROUBLE ATTRACTING WAIT STAFF WHO WERE VERY GOOD ONCE CAPTURED. CAN RECOMMEND .

We had a great time in the bar before dinner, then a stunning view of the harbour, from our table, to accompany the delicious food. Awesome!

Overall a very satisfactory meal in all respects. There was a bit of confusion over one dish and whether the right dish had been provided. And that meal was given to us for free without any prompting or asking even though we said that it was all ok and we were happy to pay.

We were there after the Wharf Revue on a thusrday evening around 9 ish. Was all great.

We had a pre-theatre meal so appreciated the speed with which the order was taken and the meal served, however the speed meant that the meal (gnocchi) was luke warm and probably prepared earlier and reheated. The flavour was rather bland and required the addition of parmesan.

overall quite a negative experience: ventuno took too many bookings and could not keep up. Although our booking did not specify it, we were seated outside on a windy cold evening. Our waiter tried her best but the maitre d' was very impolite and unfriendly. 2 of the 9 main courses arrived 20 minutes later than the others. No apologies, no compensation.

Service good despite it being busy; food delicious ( fried squid standout dish) and stunning position.

Again Ventuno didn't disappoint. We just love it there and the various friends who we have introduced to this wonderful restaurant have all become fans. Keep up the fabulous work!

Our group went there for a pre-theatre dinner. The service was pretty speedy, the wait staff very accommodating. We finished our meal in plenty of time to make the show.

We certainly enjoyed everything to do with the restaurant and would like to give a highest rating for everything, but that just would not seem right. When I booked I was confronted with a long set of rule and regulations and things I would be bound to, and it did seem rather daunting. Gestapo like? But I was obliged to go there because we were meeting friends. But it all turned out really well. We were well managed, food was good everyone was friendly, I suggest you fix up thatfirst view

I think the spaghetti with seafood could have had a little more seafood. Think I counted one prawn cut up !

We were disappointed. The so called seafood stew is just spaghetti marinara. There was no soup like liquid. The waiter should not have cleared my friend's plate while I was still eating. When we arrived, we were kept waiting quite a while before being seated. He said he wanted to finish doing something on his iPad but it was still longer than appropriate since we had already told another staff member that we had a booking. And the restaurant was quite empty. Ventuno is usually much more professional than this!

Paola is an amazing waitress!!! Very funny and made our night even better! The food, words can’t explain. The staff, amazing. Couldn’t of asked for a better venue for my birthday. Will be back very soon

Did not appreciate getting shaken down with a 10% surcharge because we had more than 14 people. I mean, don't you normally get REWARDED, not punished, for bringing in more business?

The service could not be faulted. The food was ok but i expected better for the price. The calamari tasted like it had been re-fried/re-heated

We come here from time to time before the theatre and its a great venue. But we were a bit underwhelmed this time. The menu seems smaller and less interesting since last time we were here. There used to be more small dishes and more choice that isn’t pizza or pasta.

Booking was also easy Have been returning often after years
