Great venue. Waiters helpful and attentive on arrival. Food was beautifully presented; couple of dishes tasted bland and uninteresting. Had much trouble getting our Bill

Fabulous dining experience! The staff are very knowledgeable and the food is amazing. As a group the share platters are a perfect starter to kick off your tastebuds!

Poor table service though staff seemed nice. Pizza orders were misplaced, so we had the kids meals and salads delivered but then nil. Then it was hard to get anyone's attention. And it was not that busy. Nice views and atmosphere though.

Starting to go off this place. Always a good vibe, but the more I eat here the more disatisfied I'm getting. For a top class restaraunt with the prices they charge, food should have the wow factor. Instead, pizzas too soggy, antipasta tasted cold like it had just been taken from the fridge with undercooked bland prawns on top. Chose the expensive Sauv Blanc - shocking, tasted like vinegar. I wasn't shown the label so have my doubts it was the NZ one I ordered. Look, Ventuno is still a good Italian restaraunt. They just need to start picking up their game.

Amazing location - we had a lovely table right by the waterfront view. The service was great, very knowledgable and friendly. The food was super delicious. We recommend the truffle pizza and eggplant involtini.

Ventuno is always spectacular, it's not fussy, it's not over the top, the food is consistently brilliant, affordable and even on a work day makes my family feel part of the Ventuno family. Don't miss this place.

Great location. Good Italian menu. The Tagliere is excellent. Quality and price of wines is fine. Service can be a bit haphazard and basically inattentive.

Staff were impatient and forceful for us to leave. Staff hovered over the table constantly to take things away and encourage us out of the restaurant. Bill was brought to the table without request along with the Eftpos the machine - staff hovered over the machine and table requesting payment. This restaurant need to reconsider how they treat their customers. The meal was nice. The customer service wasn't. I won't be visiting Ventuno again.

Ventuno - had heard a bit about it, and perhaps expectations were too high. Great: Harbourside location; views; ambience; Good: Service was attentive but not overbearing Disappointing: One of my guests did not like to gluten free pizza base - too stodgy; there were no other complaints. My pizza (not GF) was good. Marti nK

Beautiful position with a table overlooking the harbour. The food was excellent, the service very attentive and the staff very knowledgable. The recommended food/wine match was spot on, and the coffee to top it all off was the best we'd had outside of Italy.

Great location, great food, great service. Nice Selection on the menu. Antipasto's and share plates are the best by far. Past we had was a little tasteless but a good size serving. Welcomed with smiles. Only disappointed with 10% surcharge for sundays.

Terrific location, great service and food pretty good too, if not especially memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The wine was expensive at $30 for 500 ml of house white.

The food never disappoints but the service is sometimes difficult to get attention and service as the staff are always flat out. drinks take forever to be ordered and then get to you. Our mains turned up before the wine even arrived!

Everything was excellent: welcome, service, table, ambiance, friendly bi-lingual staff (Anthony and our Italian waitress).Generally the food and wine was very good EXCEPT the Buratta which wasn't creamy enough and we felt was served with fruit? instead of a lot of tomatos and olive oil and was "cold" instead of room temperature. We will be back. Bruce & Graziella

Nice restaurant. We went for dinner but I think it would an even nicer venue for lunch as you could really appreciate the water views. We were starving and asked for starter to arrive straight away... We were a bit annoyed though that it arrived before our drinks and we had to find staff to ask for our wine! Overall food was great though and it was a nice experience.

Location and atmosphere was great. The staff were attentive and friendly and the share antipasto plates were tasty and good value but lacked the 'Italian' authentic feel when it came to the bread choice (4 small slices of a bread stick). The mains were a little disappointing, just average to good. Didn't meet our expectations, there was no "wow" factor that would make us return quickly. Overall just above average food.
