Quick and efficient service for a pre-theatre dinner - in and out in an hour. And close to both the Rosalyn Packer and Wharf theatres.

Great staff, a really lovely ambience and delicious Italian food perfectly prepared. I’d go back any time. The only thing I would criticise are their chairs: : they are so uncomfortable and seem kind of stingy in such a great place.

We had a pre theatre dinner here and booked for an early start because of that. Our meals came at the same time as our pre dinner drink. We were pleasantly surprised that the service was so quick (too quick on this occasion). I had calamari which was lightly crumbed and delicately flavoured and a delicious salad. My partner had parpadelle with pork ragu and said it was perfect. We had plenty of time to drink the wine we had ordered to accompany the meal and plenty of time for some gelato for dessert.

Exceptionally good food and very quick for a pre-theatre meal. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is warm. Highly recommended if you are seeing a show in the Roslyn Packer Theatre.

Overpriced, bland dinner for four. Service was fine, but no atmosphere on a Sunday. The pizzas looked better, but we all had pasta. Convenient location for Observatory and theatres.

The food was great, the staff were very attentive, nothing too much trouble. Perfect spot for a lazy weekend lunch. Happily go there more often.

Unfortunately overpriced & the standard of food has gone down over the years - pappadelli was luke warm and the pork was very average. Would not return or recommend - I should have let them know last night. Shame!

Very pleasant location and helpful staff. We arrived early and were welcomed in. Food was very good, particularly the ante-pasto (great cheese and olives). Good Italian wine list.

Great location down on the water. Service was excellent. The wait staff were all highly professional and knew their menu well. Food was lovely with a good variety of choice. Even though the restaurant was busy we were well attended to the whole time.

Both pasta dishes where cold and not big enough to share Centre of rice balls were cold Staff were very nice and helpfull It was cold and there were no heaters outside

A great after theatre venue. The location is very convenient, the food is authentic Italian and full of fresh flavours. Service is prompt and friendly.

Courteous, efficient, prompt post- theatre service for a largish party of 8 people. Pizza al diavolo is always delicious. Also good to find ‘white’ pizzas on a menu for those who can’t handle tomato.

Quick and friendly service, quite good Italian food and prices weren't overly expensive given the location. Ventuno is a good choice for pre theatre fare.

Prompt service, excellent food, lovely spot close to theatres with plenty of parking nearby. A great selection of wines, as well, including some Italian varieties.

Our wine order was incorrect, our main meal came out when we were in the middle of our entrée .... Staff were amazing as always but the overall experience we very poor.

Very close to the STC. Great atmosphere and delicious food. Service is good and pricing is reasonable. Summer is also lovely as the doors are opened and you can sit outside on the wharf.

The venue and service is very good, but it was cold! Had to keep our coats in even though we were inside. The food was excellent.

Great location for pre-theatre dinner. Staff were very nice and fantastic authentic Italian food, loved the meatballs. Knew we were going to the theatre and made sure our food came in perfect time, giving us time to enjoy our meal but getting us out the door in good time to walk over the road. Highly recommend.

I had made a reservation and I arrived about 10 minutes early. The friend I was dining with had already arrived as she told me by text. I went to the desk to check in. There was confusion and I was told to wait. I insisted that I had a reservation and my friend was already there. Eventually my reservation was found and I was told to go and find my table where my friend was seated 'over there near the wall'. This was not the smooth operation I am used to at Ventuno. I wondered if the management had changed. All the wait staff were female which was different from usual. The service was swift and the food was as good as usual.

Very nice food and light attentive service! We were very happy with all aspects of our experience and would recommend. Nice to look at the passing joggers while we tucked into our food!

Everything about the meal is great from the Bellini to start and the Murray rock salt and rosemary bread, to the pasta to the amazing chocolate icecream ball with hot caramel sauce. The whole package.
