Towradgi Beach Hotel

The food was good & the venue was nice. Unfortunately the experience was let down a bit by the bar staff, the bar ran out of ingredients to make cocktails. Staff recommended back up cocktail options and as soon as they were chosen the staff member making the drinks then informed us that the drink wasn’t available. After three attempts at ordering a drink we face up.

The staff were so professional, caring, worked so hard and were there for you always. We had family and relatives so it was important to us and TBH made our lunch all together made our lunch run so beautifully. Thank you together run

Very disappointed - if advertising sole on the menu, don’t give us flounder! Especially booked to have a grilled lemon sole - so while the food generally was ok, felt ripped off. Music far too loud indoors.

Standard pub food same as the bowlo down the road. Lovely renovation, now time for a menu overhaul.

- staff were disgustingly rude! I was there to celebrate my mothers birthday and staff member on door was extremely rude not only to my mother but to my elderly grandparents who were simply struggling With the sign in QR code which is understandable as they're not as tech savvy as younger generations my grandmother was left feeling quite upset which is disgusting as I too work in hospitality and would never treat PAYING customers let alone anyone for that matter with the disrespect this guy shown especially as they elderly its called something called respect, patience and being hospitable three traits that you as a hospitality should value and display. - bartenders were also very slow and stand offish I order a drink and one of the girls had to change the keg made out like I was doing her a disservice when my table alone would've paided her weekly wage. - temperature of the restaurant was a joke it was freezing aircon was blaring and it was not even a hot night I was left in discomfort for hours - food took over 1 and a half hours to be served and was definitely not worth the wait as a repeating customer and of someone who grew up coming here with my family over the years and used to love the food I am left quite disappointed as we used to love TBH and were so excited to come and see the renovations and menu change but left utterly disappointed and will not be returning.

Pizza was terrible, all you could taste was uncooked sauce Snitzel was ok , salad strange , chips look straight out of a packet Food was never a strong point before and still the same it’s all about the great atmosphere The renovations are beautiful Great job on that

We went there for pizza. Not allowed to order pizza on the side we were on. Not even told pizza wasn't on the menu, even after getting menus with said pizzas in them. Wont be back.

After being seated by staff, I thought staff would have told us where to get menus. Both our meals were over cooked - the steak and pork. Some vegies cold.

Food lukewarm, food and service very bland. Not good value for money

Pity the meals do not come complete any more. Now need to order sides at additional cost ($7 for chips!), not needed to before reopening.

It was $7.50 Schnitzel night so quite busy. We asked them to put our birthday ice-cream cake in the freezer but unfortunately, they put it in the fridge instead, so it was mushy when we went to eat it. Despite them kindly giving us a quiet table as requested, it was still very noisy, you could only converse with the people next to or opposite you. The positives - we all enjoyed our meals which seemed to be good value for money.

Parents don't supervise kids in playground and it's quite dangerous. Everything else is great, but if you go there so your kids can use the playground, be aware.

Dinner was super busy so the only negative was the wait for food. The food was delicious though and the music was fabulous

A great venue but air conditioning or at the very least large ceiling fans required in the dining area. We had to leave given it was to hot to enjoy

An hour wait for food and my nacho mince was raw. Other meals at our table also average considering how long we waited.

Everything was good. Most of the woven cane seating at our table for 12 were broken though or damaged and need replacing. The deck outside is also badly worn and in need of repair or replacing. A bit tired and in need of a revamp.

everything was fine but the birthday girl’s risotto was quite bland and more like fried rice than a creamy risotto. Other than that everyone else enjoyed their meals

Two for One pizza on Friday night. Food was served fast. Meals & pizza were all a great size & tasty. Play area is fantastic for kids of all ages.

We loved our day out at the hotel. Only negative would be the wait for the food it was around 1hr. It was busy but we would have expected that the hotel would have known it was going to be busy and rostered enough kitchen staff for that.
