If you're looking for a great place for American style food than this is the place. The food is always great and the service as well even when they are busy. I love the complimentry corn bread at the start of the meal :)

Drinks were excellent. Food was nice. The ambience is a little sterile and it felt like we were being pushed out the door by the waitstaff at around 8.30pm

Service was beyond words. the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and on top of everything. Definitely will be going back as the food was spectacular. Great value for money.

The food, atmosphere and service is always wonderful at The Smoke! My favorite salad in the world is here and I am never disappointed. We just celebrated a birthday and it was amazing. Thanks again for being so awesome!!

Quick service and delicious food. Had the thick cut pork ribs, corn bread, and fries. Everything was on point. It's a bit pricey but you pay for what you get.

Service was great and food was awesome. Had the shared plate beef rib, pulled pork and belly. Best BBQ in Brisbane and comparable with the likes of Pappy's in St Louis, Missouri.

Great tasty food and good selection of beers. Spicy corn bread was treat and the meats are killer! Some more tap beers would be good. Also called to change my booking and got the answering machine twice and no call back. Was not an issue in the end but if it had been a busy night it could have caused inconvenience. Overall a really top place and would recommend.

Beautiful BBQ great service. Be prepared to eat a lot. Great servings. Love dthe Brisket. Was going to have desert but was too full to order it.

Nice restaurant and the service was good. We went there for ribs and the serve certainly didn't leave anyone hungry with a generous amount of perfectly cooked pork which fell off the bone but I prefer the more usual big rack of ribs with fatty meat close to the bone and thought the sauce lacked the taste you get from most rib places.

Great food, great service. We will definitely be going back. The rib combo was amazing! The meat was so tasty and tender. The chicken wings and onion rings were soooo good!!! Highly recommend.

The food is always great here. The service is ok, especially considering how busy they are. Shame its so noisy. Would definitely go again though!

The food was really good..we had an enjoyable evening there. However one hour after we got there we were about to order dessert they informed us that they had another booking for the table in 2 minutes..so basically we had to leave without ordering dessert. It was very abrupt and disappointing to say the least. It left a bad taste in our mouth and we are unsure if we will return.

Food was ok, starters were tasty - corn bread was good- nice hint of spice in there. I had a half serve of the short ribs and they could've had a lot more flavour- sort of tasted of nothing if you took the small amount of marinade away. Service was friendly but a bit too much- almost hovering. I'd maybe return but not with any urgency.

Very good service. Our booking was only two hours had to be out by 8:30 but we didn't get kicked out which was good so we stayed till they closed and got dessert. Definitely going back

Fantastic service, food was unbelievably delicious!!!They went to the extra effort with my husbands bday cake, lighting the candles and brining to the table. I will definitely return

Really good service. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient without being over-the-top. We found the sauces a little too sweet which overpowered the otherwise delicious meat. Good serving sizes.

Very nice had a meal for 2 and loved the food. The pork belly was a little plain.the service was very attentive. We sat outside which was good as there was a child not very happy in the restaurant the same time.

Food and service was excellent. Complimentary Corn bread was a nice touch. I had the Pork Belly and friends had the ribs. Pricing was ok but surprised you get charged for sauces. Overall a great experience.

The Smoke BBQ serves up the best BBQ I have had in Australia. The Memphis pork belly and the pulled pork are especially delicious. The portions are generous. The weak point was the desert. The pumpkin pie was very dense and somewhat tasteless.

Absolutely excellent! Everything from the service to the food was perfect. Definitely recommend the New Farm Fries and the Texas BBQ Short Ribs, delicious! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and value for money :)

Authentic USA BBQ. Excellent flavours and substantial portions. Buffalo wings were spot on and pork so smoky and tender. Good range of beers too. Well recommended for that BBQ experience.

Excellent food and service. The mild buffalo wings are always a favourite and the honey soy wings were nice and sweet. The blue cheese sauce could have a stronger flavour but is still nice.

Good US BBQ. Tender meat, onions rings, Bayou Shrimp what more could you want? BBQ sauce and smoke thats what you really want and there is plenty. Great venue relaxed and easy to get too.

Service and food was amazing. We had a great time. We had a large party of 10 and the food was prompt and the service was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be recommending The Smoke to everyone we know!

The Smoke bbq is my go-too place for food! It has great service, value for money and most importantly the best buffalo wings. 10/10 would recommend to all :)

Amazing wings, such a good deal on a Wednesday. Tried the new farm fries last night for the first time - absolutely delicious. Love it.

Serving size was good. The pork was a bit spicy. Had to ask foe the mac cheese as it never come with our order. But overall was good

Alway consistent. Eat here at least once a month, personal favourite. Brttet than any food I ate whilenin the US. Recommend the Brisket, beek ribs, salmon, mac n cheese and coleslaw.

Definitely the best ribs and beef briskets in town. A bit expensive than other places but totally worth it. Hope they have byo specials more often.

The food was good but we felt a bit rushed by the waitress - dessert arrived while we were still eating mains, and the bill was handed to us during dessert (we had not indicated that we wanted to leave).

The food was quite good and was served quickly, however the service was poor and they seemed in a rush to get us to leave despite the restaurant being empty. Didn't offer a dessert menu, just brought the bill without us asking.

Hired bikes and rode there from Soth Bank. bBbq ribs went superbly with a Bottle of Shiraz and a few beers Sitting outside is the best

We went for my brother's birthday - we found Fabulous service, great atmosphere and delicious food (even catered to my food intolerances happily). Would definitely recommend.

The meals are smaller since 2 years ago, 1 side (Coleslaw etc) Beef Ribs for $30+ dollars. Maybe this why only 2 tables last night?

We all had a great meal, service was very good and even with the place being busy the meals came out quickly. We are looking forward to going back in the near future.

Great food and great service. Easily the best American BBQ in Queensland! Really enjoyed their Blue Hot wings as they were covered in sauce, the Honey Soy were also tasty although a little bit dry in comparison to the Blue Hot.

Pretty good! We were looking for some good ribs and disappointed the lamb was not available. Don't know why waitresses wait for the moment you put a fork down to snatch your plate from you, but seems to be the thing to do in Brisbane. Food tasted great though - highly recommend!

Unfortunately our favourite beef ribs were sold out, but we got an opportunity to try something new which was nice (not as good as the beef ribs though!). The peanut butter pudding was delicious!

I hadn't eaten there for about 6 years, and I always loved their ribs, slow cooked for 18 hours, so I was looking forward to enjoying a meal there... well... there were no beef or lamb ribs on the menu, sold out apparently, and I was there at 6.30pm... so I tried the pork ribs which unfortunately was very dry, in fact it was dried out and almost impossible to eat without washing it down with a beverage, which took forever to arrive, as did the main meal. The second round of drinks which I ordered at the conclusion of the entree didn't arrive until I'd almost finished the main course. It was also a very noisy place, akin to a German beer hall in October, hard to have a conversation with people only centimetres away. It was also considerably dearer than my last visit, too dear for what was on offer. So my candid opinion is, it's expensive, food was poor quality, the service was bad and it's not a nice quiet or relaxing environment to enjoy a meal. Very disappointed and won't be going back, will try out another rib restaurant in future.

Interesting table for us out the back in the Coles supermarket car park, well almost, when there were heaps of tables out the front, the ribs the guys ordered were not available which was disappointing, my chicken was very heavily smoked, not a fan, also they have a 3% surcharge on Amex card which I did ask if that is what Amex charge them, because the laws have changed now, he replied he did not know and certainly wasn't about to find out so I paid with visa, they perhaps should review that new law. Otherwise it was ok, would not recommend and probably won't go back.

The food was amazing—very decadent and full of flavour! Everything we tried was delicious. I don't eat a lot of meat usually, but this meal was absolutely worth the occasion.

GERMAN: Einzigartiger Geschmack der Steaks! Bedienung freundlich und kümmert sich vorzüglich um die Gäste. Preis-/Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Komme gerne bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt wieder hier er zurück. Daumen hoch!
