The meals were fantastic, when they finally arrived. An hour between entrée and main. Not good enough. Clearly a stuff up in the system somewhere. Hopefully a one off however it would have helped if the business demonstrated some/any empathy. Not so it seems . Poor customer experience. Would the food bring me back? Probably but I'd think about it first. Pity.
Our first experience with The Roman Empire was great food, good service and a relaxed atmosphere. Good to know there is a local place with great Italian food
The food was excellent everyone enjoyed their meals. The service perhaps a bit slow but otherwise ok and friendly . Good variety of menu choices .
Service/food/atmosphere was incredible. Staff went above and beyond to accomodate requests and provide information. Will definitely be back and will be recommending to everyone I know
We had a great meal and have already booked to go back shortly. We have been going to Roman Empire for some years and have not been disappointed.
