The Prophet Lebanese Cafe

Th food was exceptional. There was only 2 of us and we ordered 2 meals to share. Both perfect The Lady fingers were a good size nice and hot and very tasty. The mixed platter had a good variety on it and the taste was what was expected. The service was excellent , very attentive Good to go again

The Prophet never fails to satisfy. Tonight was all that we expected, great food with service to match.

Staff very pleasant. The 'fattoush' was just iceberg lettuce with a bit of dressing on it. One dish we ordered ( $28) was two skewers of overcooked, dry chicken on a plate with no sauce of any kind, chips ( chips !!!) and the non-fattoush. The vegetarian platters were sloppy piles of rice with sauces and a bit of hummus and one solitary stuffed vine leaf each....no falafel, nothing else...$35! I'll leave my friends to review their dishes. Won't be back.

We really enjoyed the food however, it was quite cold - we all kept our winter coats on.

Nothing really special about the food at the Prophet. Price of dishes too pricey for even simple dishes. Service was good though.

Excellent meal, we had the meat platter and garlic chicken between two. All the meat had a lovely char and wonderful flavour!

Food was OK. Falafel were dry. Didn't like the baba ghanoush or fatoush salad. Lamb rice was nice.

We have been dining here for over 20 years and never once has The Prophet disappointed. Incredible flavour, value and presentation. Hands down the best vegetarian food in Western Australia and beyond.. and not just for vegos. I wish I lived closer! Layla

In general the food was good, though the beef skewers were not particularly tender and the falafel was sub par. Service was friendly and the ambiance pleasant.
