We were slightly late due to the heavy Melbourne traffic, the staff had no issue in accomodating us despite their busy schedule. The food and service was great as usual. Ambience at Southbank was great just slightly loud. I do prefer Hawthorn, only because of the quieter more reserved atmosphere. Southbank would be great with the boys. Great to have a choice based on who you choose to eat with.

The staff were great, they took the time to explain about the halal menu, the food were awesome (so happy we could enjoy halal during this holiday), the chocolate fondue dessert were superb and most of all we had a beautiful family time.

Fantastic food , my meat was soft , juicy and tender. Ribs was awesome. Good portion size. We we’re very satisfied. Definitely will come back

Poor service, poor communication, pork ribs were dry. I would not return.

It was our friends Birthday and we told the waitress this. She brought out a dessert and did not tell us they were charging us for it. We didn't even pick out the dessert and they charged us for it?? Also the waitress made a big stink about making 2 transactions for the bill.

Good steak and nice ambient. Will come back again during my next trip to Melbourne.

Wait staff were not proactive. It was like i was disrupting them when asking to order.
