The meals were tasty but were not large enough for the price that they are Too expensive Prices need to be lowered and more offers and specials

Love the food, atmosphere and friendly staff. However, they are quick to take our order for drinks and mains. Clear the table reasonably quickly but always forget to come back and ask us if we want desert or more drinks. There have been times where we haven't ordered dessert/more drinks for this very reason. It's money walking out the door guys!

Good food and good service. Will definitely go back there again. I had my meal free of charge as we went for a dinner on my birthday!

Dinner was good, but they had no record of my reservation. Luckily they could fit us in, otherwise would have been an awkward situation as the booking was for a surprise dinner.

Service was exceptional, quick and staff were friendly and courteous and the food was great. I would definitely recommend going there for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Very friendly, when there was a delay on one of our meals someone came and apologized. The manager went around to all the tables and asked if everyone was happy with their meals. You get decent sized meal for the price. Will definitely go back.

Upon arrival they had no knowledge of booking, even when providing them with a confirmation number (even the guests who arrived before us were surprised when their booking wasn't registered either). Service was friendly, waiting time was minimal and to acceptable standards. The entree shared pizza was nicely cooking and crispy crust which all four of us enjoyed. The mains arrived and were very very disappointing. One main of spaghetti that was warm, tasteless and had one scallop, one prawn and two mussels. Two types of main risotto that was simply gluggy rice and very wet and neither meal was completed. My main was the meat mixed grill and for $37.50 it was simply a skewer of over cooked, cold meats with no taste, on a plate of chips with salad. The sausage was half the size of your thumb, the lamb was fatty & cold and the steak was edible but bland. I have been to the Groove Train in Werribee Plaza on a dozen occasions and the standards and quality of meal have steadily dropped to the point where it is no longer being considered as a dining option. Hope you use this advice to improve your standards as word of mouth is a powerful tool amongst consumers.

We were seated very quickly, and all our meals were of a high standard. The groove train is very popular, so the noise level was quite high. But all in all a good experience.

Our experience is always fantastic at Groove Train in Werribee, however unfortunantly last night the waitress that took our order got in wrong in that she put the extra parmessan cheese on our pizza instead of our pasta. This made the pizza extremely oily and as a result was inedible. But we're all human and sometimes mistakes happen :)

Great food, exceptional staff. Do yourself a favor and try this great restaurant. Desserts to die for. Great for families or just a couple having a date night.

Friendly wait staff. Lots of food choices. Quick service before a movie. Nice to have choice of in / outside seating. Can be a bit loud inside as the sound bounces around a bit

From the moment we walked in we had fantastic service. The variety on the menu was enough to suit the entire table and all meals were equally delicious. Couldn't ask for much more!

Looking forward to returning for another visit. Great menu with a large variet of choices. All meals were fresh, delicious and served with a smile. Mthe deserts/cakes looked superb but the generous meal portions didnt leave me with room for dessert.

Great service, good atmosphere and vibe, definitely will be back again soon! Staff were very friendly and helpful. I give Groove Train Werribee a 10 out of 10.

My booking wasn't listed so thankfully they had a table. We needed to find staff when we wanted desert. But alround nice night. Meals were nice

Great service, great food. Everyone loved their meals. Dessert was rich and yummy. Would have liked Chai Latte hotter but will request that next time. Will be returning. Wait staff were attentive and flexible and it was good to see they supported each other's tables. See you next time.

Pizza not so great! Looks like burgers are the way to go! The prices are moderate! The menu has a wide variety which is good when dinning with others who don't like the same food!

This is a great friendly place for the whole family to enjoy. The staff are attentive and ensure that all your needs are met during the visit.

Went with our three kids, husband and his brother. Always awesome food. Had the rib eye for the first time (gluten free menu choice) and it was amazing. The jus was served generously in a side dish and really complemented the steak. The staff all seem young (I'm an old 30) and they're patient with my kids, always bring them crayons ect. Sometimes you have to grab their attention to order initially, but that's because they're so busy / popular. All in all though, mains and desert sorted within 45 minutes which is great, because my kids are young and won't sit still for long. Kids also eat free mon-thurs, which makes eating out a reality for us on a budget. Spent $154 on three adults mains, with an alcoholic drink each and two deserts. Kids had full meals (pizza, bolognese, fish n chips) with apple juice and ice cream or fruit salad for desert.

Friendly staff and super quick meals and very delicious. Great family environment with large selection of meals on the menu. Something to suit everyone's taste.

Service was super friendly and food came out really quickly considering how busy it was. Food was delicious! A little noisy with music and atmosphere but overral fantastic! Will dine again!

A good selection of food and drinks with vegetarian options too. The cocktails are reasonably priced but they did seem on the sweet side, so syrups are likely used in some. They were nice though. Would be good if there were better vodka choices. The eggplant chips were really good. Overall, a pretty nice place with nice booths too.

We have have long time customers of the Groove Train ever sine the opening in Pacific Plaza. The staff are friendly and the service is quick. Chefs do an outstanding job.
