Best chicken burger in the Sydney CBD. Get some chips on the side with Apollo and you're set. The staff are very friendly and service is very good. The venue is excellent with sports coverage and is convenient.

Great atmosphere at The Flynn. My friend and ordered the South West Kaarage Chicken Burger with a side of fries and aioli. It was the bees knees. The chicken was succulent, could taste the melted cheese while the blue cheese dressing just topped it off the burger. The fries carpet off a great meal. The staff were as usual very friendly and attentive. We'll be back, again :)

Food was nice. Atmosphere for dinner to loud. The bar crowd transferred over to restaurant area which was a let down.

(1) The food took over an hour to be served/ready (2) When the orders came, they were in drips and drabs (3) When the orders came they were half incorrect - items were missed (4) The table water tasted like soap (5) The chips were cold and some pieces were still frozen (6) When ordering "Well Done" it came and the cow was still alive (7) The "Fish of the day" was out, after we ordered and we arrived at 12:00pm

It was a Friday lunch. The burger tasted nice especially the sauce however was not really warm anymore when we got it. It's a bit understaffed, long waits and when I asked the manager for another beer, I got a look of "how dare you ask me". I had been there before and that was much better not this time though.

Good place for lunch a range of options had the chicken and haloumi pizza which was good.schnitzel is always good too

A little loud due to the close quarters of other diners and it was popular today so busy. The acoustics could do with a bit of a review.

The Southern Chicken Kaarage Burger with chips and aioli was amazing. The burger includes blue cheese dressing and this was the clincher. The service was very good, as usual, and the atmosphere was great.

Best chicken burger ever. The kaarage chicken burger is excellent. With truffle fries the experience is even better. The atmosphere is very nice as are the staff. The venue takes bookings for the restaurant while the bar area with seating doesn't. The venue has multiple TVs with live sports from all over the world including the US. I'll be back.

Chicken kaarage burger with truffle fries and aioli is amazing. Service is very good. Good location, convenient and nice atmosphere. There's a bar and restaurant so if you want a table, best to book for the restaurant. They have several big TV screens broadcasting live major sports such as NFL, NBA, NHL, cricket and tennis to name a few. Will return for sure.

Hi, Some meals were not cooked properly. Particularly the Gluten free wasn't GF. Also, found the service should have been better and with less " attitude" . Some meals were very well enjoyed though. So mixed reviews from all attendees.

Service was slow and food took 45mins to come. I understand that there were tables larger than ours but it took forever. The waitress said that she mentioned if we wanted to split the bill we can order at the bar this is after the fact that we’ve already ordered and eaten

Great lunch promo with attentive service. Value for money if you want a fuss free lunch. Lunch promos are valid from mondays to thursdays. Great place for team lunches/ catch ups.

A great location for a work lunch with the girls. The daily specials are great and good value. Will be back again on another day to try the other specials.

The level of service was poor. Two waitresses spent more time working on the computer together than serving customers. We would have ordered more drinks, but ran out of time.

We went with a group of 6 and even with that fairly small a table it was so noisy it was impossible to hear even the person right beside you. Also, I know they were busy but the service was way too slow, it took 60 mins to get our meals.

The Flynn is a great location to catch up for lunch with a co worker. They also have on offer great daily specials. Will come back again.

The venue is great. The service was very good, but one meal was served well after the others had arrived and one of the drinks served was wrong. Overall it was a good lunch and we will be back.

Reasonable prices with some good deals available to make it even better, The food was a bit different, with some very interesting taste combinations. Larger glasses of wine available, better than 2 small glasses or trying to drink half a bottle for us moderate drinkers. Good service. The only downer was a very noisy bar crowd on a Fri night. But I will be back for a good meal deal and happy hour on a week night.

The Flynn has a good menu, with plenty of options for a work lunch or after work dinner. The service was good and the length of time between ordering and the food arriving was pretty quick (we ate on a Tuesday, at lunch). I happily recommend them
