The Boot Factory

Boot Factory is a great place for catch ups. Meals and drinks reasonably priced. Best Chai Latte. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place.

I just don’t see the point in waitstaff not having a pen and paper to take down orders.This makes me even more frustrated when it results in getting our order wrong! It never impress’ me, it just concerns me, especially with a table of 5 people and all have special requests. However the staff were nice and did also accommodate a change in tables when an extra friend joined us at the last minute to give us more room, which was lovely! Food was good, however on the smaller side (1 egg on most dishes) If I was in the area I’d go back, but probably wouldn’t go out of my way to head back without a reason.

Great food - the challenge was deciding something as we wanted one of everything! Juices were great too. The chips were excellent! We will definitely be back!

Very nice place a bit busy and the staff a bit forgetful (they don’t write down orders) but overall a great experience :) and I would definitely go back.

I had actually searched online for a wonderful cafe with vegan dessert near me and the Boot factory came up on the search. It was a great idea to have checked out the place because not only did it have a homely and cosy feel about it, the food was amazing! My friend and I truly had a beautiful afternoon and although we were worried that we would be hurried to finish our meal, we were assured by the staff who was very warm and definitely down-to-earth. I am looking forward to coming back to the Boot Factory again!

Great surroundings so tasteful as to blend in with the historical buildings well but still have their own footprint too. Delicious food & great service.

took a long time for my coffee to arrive and it was only just warm ordered two more coffees when my friends arrived and they too were slow good menu and the food was lovely

Group of six people for lunch. The food was lovely, however the service itself (other than the requests for coffee/drinks) was a little bit slow.

The Boot Factory provides good food in comfortable surroundings with great service. I had a group of eight people who thoroughly enjoyed their meal and the quirky, comfortable decor. I will definitely return to The Boot Factory.

Fantastic atmosphere, throughout the whole place.. The staff are young and vibrant, adding to the great feel of the establishment.The all day breakfast menu is outstanding, cannot complain about any aspect of the experience!

Food was very good and menu quite original, Cauliflower hash is fantastic very friendly and efficient staff. Location a bit out of the way and parking not great but worth the visit

The food was amazing for the adults, very creative, beautifully presented and very tasty, but not really a child friendly place. The staff seemed very stressed when we went there for a mothers day breakfast. Our kids (10 and 12 year old) found the menu option very limiting for their tastes, and they were very disappointed with the small sized milkshakes. A great place to catch up with the girls for a coffee and chat.

Great service, friendly, we booked a table and it was ready when we got there. 10/10 Well organised, we have recommended to our friends and family.

Nice place, lively atmosphere. I was a bit surprised at how hard it was to find a car parking spot. The development is unfinished so there are huge areas of empty space, sadly all fenced off.

Relax3d, great food. Innovative menu selections with prompt table service in a quiet locale. We visited mid week and mums and buns were made welcome. Mixed age groups and ability friwndly access.

Location, staff and decor was terrific and unique, menu and presentation lacked imagination, food was cooked well but lacked any originality and interest. they need to look at places like Merchants guild in east bentleigh or Top Paddock in Richmond.

small menu but exceptional quality every dish. Good choice and selection of wines, friendly staff knew the didhes and I will be back again soon.

Generally very good but drink service was slow. Food really good. One meal was forgotten but they got it out quickly. Grain salad was excellent.

Very accomodating, great service and beautiful food in a quirky and comfy setting. Good range of food options for my fussy 7 and 5 year old and we also appreciated the provision of toys for my 1 year old. Highly recommend!

Such a great relaxing vibe for breakfast, lunch or just a coffee with friends. My only wish is that they have more desserts or Special of the week dessert.
