Was heaps of fun. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was a great experience for my son who wanted to try crab. He could make a mess and it didn't matter loved it

Where to begin the food was overcooked No flavour throughout the dish Left most of it behind as there was a funky smell and we were worried about getting food poisoning. Never eating there again and wouldn’t advise others either.

Pre requested for a corner seat for privacy but we were offered the seat that was close to the entrance with least privacy. After request we were offered another seating. We liked the food.

Honestly there's way too much hype to this overly priced franchise. The flavour is really over powered by garlic and the spice tends to make it bitter and salty. The seafood is not prepared well at all and most are not cleaned. Everything is just dumped in a plastic bag. Not impressed at all after spending $381 definitely not worth the money. The store is extremely cold with no heating and most of the staff not friendly at all. We even had to request for utensils for the shells. Do not trust reviews by Tiktokers as I'm sure they paid to just make a vid.

I just feel the seafood itself was a little on the small side in sizing for the amount of money you pay. Prawns were tiny and the lobster was small.

Overall the novelty was a good experience but be prepared to pay. The 2 of us had the red crab combo (for 2) and this was more than enough. Service was ok but I expected more of an upbeat energy and vibe that comes with the interior decor and importantly would make me want to come back. It's the kind of warm goodwill that I'd expect in places like the USA (where this branch is also found). In general , hospitality's reliance on QR codes has destroyed this type of goodwill.

very prompt, polite service. Food orders taken with food delivered quickly. Don't expect cutlery etc., this is a place for bibs, gloves (supplied) & finger food. Prawns were great, plenty of seafood choices, lovely onion rings.

Sad about this dinner, the OG flavour we ordered was over salted and we believe the crab were frozen as the meat was super dry. There were no tools to pick the crab meat from (provided at Dockland site) and overall not worth the price paid for

Food was really good. The mild spicy was spicy enough for our Sri-lankan palettes! Loved the spicy flavour. Might be too spicy for some. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Experience was good, food wise it was okish most of the selection in the combo was small shellfish that you can’t really eat or get much from ,but other then that abit overpriced
