Their service at Thai Pothong is like no other. I have really specific dietary requirements and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Also came to check on me during my meal to confirm I was contented with the dish. I will be coming back later this week for a group function as I was so impressed with the food quality and service.

I was blown away by my first time here! It’s such a busy place yet the staff still give excellent service without any excuse. The food was amazing too! I loved the Thai milk tea. I haven’t seen it in Australia before

They have recently opened an additional dining room downstairs, and it is lovely - a quieter space to enjoy catching up. Food and service were great as usual!

Food and service were excellent, Restaurant was full but service was quick and efficient, we didn’t have to wait long at all for our food to come to the table

As per the above, the food was average, but the atmosphere and service tended to compensate for that. It was my birthday and I was surprised with with an ice cream dessert complete with candles and a sparkler and the waiters singing happy birthday. Taking everything into account I had a lovely evening.

The staff were wonderful - we had 2 guests with birthdays that night - the staff brought out my cake with candles and sparklers, and sang happy birthday - made it very special. Our two children were given pens and balloons and there was a special children's menu - and their food allergies were catered for - they had a lot of fun. Thank you Thai Pothong!

The food was good. There were lots of parties (Saturday night) so very noisy and I didn't like the staff leaning over our table to take photos for the other table. Good to receive shop vouchers when paying in cash.
