Amazing food, great service and super friendly staff. Can’t recommend highly enough and look forward to returning very soon. Best Thai restaurant in Sydney hands down.

It is my favourite Restaurant. Food is great, sevice is excellent and architecture is fabulous. I always take my friends there to celebrate their birthdays.

I've been a regular at Thai Pothong for years and this was the first time I've been able to take my nephews, as we wanted to celebrate my eldest nephew's birthday. We all enjoyed the wonderful food and atmosphere, and the birthday boy especially loved the barramundi curry. Thank you Thai Pothong for another wonderful experience.

It’s nice place to go for diner but the tables are to close to each other to noice you can NOT to each other I do undestend the are a business but that put people away for not have a more relax time Service is very good

Excellent decor. Attentive service even fully booked out very busy Saturday night. The food was served promptly after ordering, tastes to our liking and well presented. All in all, we were impressed by Thai Pothong. We would recommend it to Thai food lovers.

Always awesome service and food. New downstairs area truely awesome too. Quieter downstairs than upstairs so you can choose what vibe you want which is great. King Street hustle and bustle or backstreet quiet.

Thai Pothong have an amazing range of vegan and vegetarian options. The service is impeccable. I recommend the vegetarian chicken satay and vegan pad si ew.

Amazing food and service, definetly try anything tofu here, never had better tofu, especially the satay chicken flavoured tofu. My girlfriend had to double check it was vegetarian it was so good.

Amazing food and service in this very lively restaurant. It serves a huge number of guests but the service is fast and very personal. A very well run restaurant which has been open for 22 years and is thriving.

We had the $33 Banguet, generous portion of mains, friendly staff sang happy birthday to us, gave us a present and lit candles on our ice cream. Today I have received the photos of our dinner by email. I would recommend this restaurant for a family & friends meal to go to any day.

Wonderful place and great ambience. Good Thai food. The best I’ve had with my family. Had a lot of thai food in Sydney but this is by far the best.

If you are in a hurry dont come to Thai Pothong. We waited 1 hour for our food to arrive. This is a glorified and overrated Thai restsur ant. The food was good but no different from the local joint which cost half the price. I would not be returning in a hurry!
